I called this company to get a quote to change some windows in my house, they gave me an appointment after 3 weeks for a tech to get the measurements and get the quite. The tech was here on time, and took him 5 minutes to get the measurements, then he told me that the company will send me a quite my email!!! I received the email explaining details about the quote, the price of windows were separate than the installation, which also was illogic, because installation should be included like other companies did with me, unless a customer asked for the windows only, and will install them by himself, this should be a special price or special offer. that is why prices were expensive. No follow up done from the company to see if I liked the qoute or not, or to check if this is suitable for me or what they can do if price expensive, like other companies did. Even, they didn't offer a visit to me to show me the materials, or different options to price or materials and warranty. I didn't like that specially that they send the price without me knowing what kind of windows or materials I am gonna receive or buy. Imagine that you're gonna pay a very big money without seeing or knowing what are you gonna buy, ridiculous, right?Comparing to another company whom I contacted, they send their rep. Next day, with a multiple samples of windows materials to show, and a pamphlet of customer reviews on FB and how many rewards they got, the let me and see who, and how professional they are. They offered me a very reasonable prices which was of course less than what I received from Dufferin windows ltd, with different options of prices and materials, accompanied with their recommendations as experts in this career and field. Plus, that they gave me a very attractive offer of buying 5 windows and get the 6th free. I informed this new company that I am shopping around and will think about it, they did a couple of follow ups with me to see or know what is my feedback, even if I am not gonna buy windows from them.If you guys in my choes, which company you will deal with? Exactly, the professional one, and this is what I did. Good Customer service, professionalism, and follow ups, are the most important factors for a good and reliable business.Thanks Dufferin Windows Ltd for letting me know the other company.

I had a screen from the cottage door that a bear had destroyed. I took it in to see if they might have a replacement. They did not have one but offered to make one immediately while I waited!Amazing customer service - I will definately give them all of my business in the future!

Expensive !!

Friendly but disorganized. Not much help on anything out of the ordinary. It was difficult to even get a price on things.
