Nice looking place inside. Terrible haircut. Will never go back. Will be wearing a hat next two weeks until I get another haircut somewhere else.

I had to finish cutting my hair at home, paid premium price, I felt ripped off.Haircuts shouldn’t be timed, they should finished to customer satisfaction. Period.

I was booked with their most experienced and best hairstylist as i was skeptical to go to a new place. And this best hairstylist gave me the worst hair cut ever. It started slow and rushed and ended at a hurried pace. Basic finishing was not given. 25 mins is their time limit and they rush you off even if hair is not fully done. Hqve to wear this unfinished and badly cut hair for 2 weeks before it grows back. Will never visit this place again.

What an amazing barber shop! Highly recommend! I have been going to Starks for over 7 years at different locations! Markham, Brooklin and Toronto have always provided a great cut and experience! Try the starks treatment for your next cut. They also have yearly memberships that will save you money if you pre pay for the year.

My son had gorgeous curly hair that was the longer look all the boys are sporting. He had a picture of what he wanted which was just really take some length off all around. They hacked it off. There were long pieces that I had to cut when we got home so it didn’t look like he took the scissors to his own head. The back looks to have a shave line about an inch above the hair line. Poor kid will be wearing a hoodie for the next 2 months. I DO not recommend.

I’ve been here twice (my last two cuts), and both times have been a great experience. They offer coffee or water before your wash.The place is clean, the staff are friendly. My first cut was with Marie, second with Natalie, and both ladies were fantastic.Prices are reasonable and service is fast. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future haircuts.I’ve never waited beyond my appointment time.

Wonderful service here. They make you feel like a king. I pay the same amount here for other places that do not provide the level of excellent customer service this place does. That being said, the haircut itself was decent. I admit that what I usually expect is something that is rather difficult to accurately achieve unless ones worked with black or brown peoples hair consistently with the precise line up and what not. Still, great place!

It was okay.. I guess... First time, thought I’d give it a shot, super nice looking shop, very gracious and warm staff. It just left me wanting better out of the experience. Haircut was run of the mill. The beard lineup was super weak. Don’t get me wrong, not horrible but seemed like an over priced sports clips or something. I mean no offence by that whatsoever, it’s just that in the world of barber shops it draws no comparison to some of the other shops I’ve been to. It still cost me the same with a tip as going to some much better shops. I’m totally willing to try again, maybe I’ll have better luck, but certainly a swing and miss so far.
