A HUGE shout out to the Staff at Southampton Subway, but a very special thank you to Kim. There was a small mistake made with our online order (which has never happened for us & we've been eating there for years) so, they are great! We'll, Kim was polite, kind, fantastic Customer Service and was quick to fix it (and gave me a sweet treat) Thank you!

I bought 2 tuna subs here today. It was busy but moved along quite well. They had 4 staff working together. The newer staff member served me two of the best subs I've bought. The store was clean aswell in the early afternoon

Subway in Southampton is an OK restaurant. Service is generally good and associates are mostly friendly. The restaurant is not as clean as it used to be. Would be nice to have hand sanitizer placed somewhere for customers to use. Paper straws are horrible.

Standard Subway food, one of our fast food favorites, this location is as good as anywhere. Guy making the subs was rude and demeaning to his co-workers and customers. So much so that our whole family felt uncomfortable. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. We felt bad for the young lady stuck working with him for the rest of her shift.

The sloppiest sub ever made by Sarah. This twice now. She just doesn't care. The rating of 1 is too high for her and this place. I wonder if management even reads these posts

There is a young girl named sarah that works here, she hates her job and she hates you. I go here often and sometimes have the misfortune of getting her. She'll skimp on your main toppings every time. I get rice bowls, and she literally throws ingredients in, she forgot cheese and also the avacado on my steak and avacado rice bowl, and is the ONLY employee who won't quarter tomatoes, she just throws whole tomato slices in which is difficult to eat in a rice bowl. This is my experience EVERY time I go there and end up with her, absolutely no pride in her work. Hopefully this review helps to notify her that her attitude and lack of quality in her job is noticed. All other employees are great! Good job everyone else!

I have gluten allergies and was very impressed that you have gluten free buns. The gentleman who served me was very respectful of my allergy and made sure there was no cross contamination as I was ordering one gluten free and one regular. Very impressed, will return

Staff NEVER CHANGED THEIR GLOVES EVEN AFTER HANDLING CASH. They did 4 different orders at one time and gave us someone eles sub. There was no organized order for taking multiple orders!Very unhappy with the quality and ability of this store and the staff!
