AMAZING! I could not recommend Scotty and his team enough! Scotty was so easy to work with and kept in contact with us from the day we reached out to him until the day of our event! He did everything he could to help us out with our last minute request for a tent to prepare for rain! We bombarded him with tons of last minute questions and he was so kind and helpful! Him and his team set up a huge party tent, tables and chairs the night before our wedding and were so efficient you could have blinked and missed them there! The whole team was so friendly and eager to help while they were setting up! DO NOT hesitate to book these guys for all your rental needs. I know we will never look anywhere for a rental!

We rented the pirate ship for my daughters 6th birthday party this weekend. The kids loved it. True north showed up on time and did an awesome job. We gave them barley any notice and we changed times on them and they still delivered.

We rented the pirate ship for my daughter’s birthday party. All the kids absolutely loved it! It was a big hit! The parents got time to relax and visit because all the kids were so occupied playing. The customer service we received was excellent! We will definitely rent again!

I can't thank Scott and True North Rentals enough for coming through for us on such short notice! We had an event planned and at last minute was not able to find a 20x20 tent to keep out the extreme sunshine, that we could afford. When I talked to Scott, he was very helpful, and was able to work within our short timeline and affordability! He even came out himself the night before to get it installed in record time! Scott and his helper were so friendly and professional.Our event was a huge success and looked amazing. We had so many compliments on how great our event looked! We also rented his table and chairs which looked amazing under the tent, we just added a sting of lights and it was complete!I can't wait to have True North Rentals back for our next event or maybe even rent out his HUGE Pirate Ship for my granddaughter's birthday, it's ADULT friendly too and is as big if not bigger than the house!Thanks again Scott, we'll definitely be recommending you to anyone we know that needs rentals, and look forward to working with you again and trying out your many other rental items! :-)CheersJoe-Anne Snook

These guys were awesome. Set up tent at VERY short notice and when we realized we would need another tent due to rain, they came at 10pm to set up another one for us. Great service. Very friendly.

Great experience! I rented a smaller inflatable that had a slide and pool for my son's 8th birthday. With COVID, I only had 4 kids so I figured a smaller rental was fine. When we inflated it, it was clear there was air escaping and it wasn't usable. I called the owner Ben and he told me that he would come and bring a different inflatable. He arrived about 30 minutes later with a bouncy castle twice the size. He charged me nothing extra and was willing to pickup at no added cost. My son was so excited when we blew the much bigger inflatable up. It made his day all the more special! I would highly recommend.
