Ordered $80 over the app for delivery. They sent only half the order. What to do half of us not eat? Reordered the missing half. An hour later there are no updates. The order was secretly cancelled. Two weeks later the app still shows my order is expected in 15 minutes. I reported the mistake through the app. Two days later, hur dur, we don't help people. No more orders through the app.

Nice location, right near the highway. Coffee here is always cold, if you buy large or xl. Smaller sizes are ok. Lots of people visit. Clean washrooms.

Dirty restaurant. Every empty table was filthy with left food that was not cleared. Pop Station a mess with garbage over flowing. Sticky floors, young staff running front end that had zero control. Waited 24 minutes for a coffee, fries super oily, bun hard. Not the best experience

claim to be 24/7 but on 4 occasions ill go late at night and every door is shut and drive thru closed.always crawling with homeless begging for food, when staff were informed nothing was done about it.food is carelessly slapped together and they overdose on ketchup and mustard so it will spill on your clothes.i went for an iced coffee and didnt realise until later that day they charged me $14 for it! have bo time to go in and get a return either how absurd

Waited 20 mins for the wrong order. Plus every time you almost pull up to the driver through theres a homeless guy asking for money or harassing you today was a bit scary and I'd like to feel safe if I'm just going out to grab food. Anyways, double checked with the cashier, hey this is what I ordered, is this correct. Looked at me and said yup its all there. Got the wrong drink missing fries, and wrong burgers. I get mistakes but to lie about punching in the right order? Also go home when ur sick. And cover ur mouth?

Waited at drive through windows while 4 other cars in the other side went in. At this point I went decided to go and order at the window and was presented with attitude. After paying for my order I was told I need to park to wait for my food. Customer service at this location is straight garbage and pathetic. Also, if you like being bothered by homeless people while trying to order food, then this is your spot.Opening up my order to a well put together breakfast sandwich (see picture)……

I have to mention a couple young guys, Carter and if I remember correctly, Frank. For young people just starting their work lives, these two young men have AMAZING people skills and really made me smile today. People like them are what makes a customer always return. Thank you for your wonderful service and cheerful attitudes. You two are top employees in my books!

The bathroom was impeccably clean.... kudos!! As so many places have become negligent with pandemic regulations lightening up. The self-serve kiosk was very easy to pair with my phone for the rewards code, and customize my tea order. I had enough points to get my XL tea for free, and it was ready quickly. The front counter person even greeted me by name when she handed it to me.Inside, not too busy, and the unused tables were all wiped and cleaned!Very well done!

It was absolutely horrible I stood in front of a till for 10 minutes before someone decided to walk over and help me more than one of them had seen me standing there not all of them were busy so it shouldn't have taken them that long on top of it there wereitems missing out of my order where they usually have the ketchup and the napkins they were all empty the kiosk wasn't working the environment was horrible we decided to take it home and eat they have raised the price on all the meals and the meals were shoddy at best why are we paying more money for a meal that doesn't deserve it McDonald's used to be the place where the average family could take their kids and have a good tasting Burger excellent fries and not break your budget that's not the case any longer at the end of it all I felt guilty for spending $70 for a couple Burgers and Fries and couple of milkshakes that just weren't worth it
