Le Pain Couvert
A pleasant little bakery operating out of the kitchen of the owners' house. The selection is limited by the size of the operation but all of the types of bread that I have tried were excellent. This is also true of the muffins and cookies. The owners were very pleasant and helpful in describing their loaves and products. Parking is limited but I have usually been the only customer when I am there so no problem. It is a little out of the way but if you are going to see the well known covered bridge next door I recommend stopping for some good bread and treats.

Quelle belle découverte sur la route et tout près du pont couvert Powerscourt. Beau jeu de mot d'ailleurs avec le nom du petit commerce!Petit comptoir (type fenêtre) de boulangerie à même une maison au bord de la rivière Châteauguay avec un excellent service du propriétaire passionné.De bien beaux produits et très bons! Y aller est une petite expérience en soi!#: pain, pain au fromage, muffins, biscuits, macarons

We were welcomed by Mr Denis. He explained to us what is the kind of pastry and bread he offers. You can smell the fresh loaf bread yummy yummy. Beautiful area very clam relaxing. We tried the zucchini & chocolate muffin. Also the lemon biscuits. Follow me and discover more
