Best Customer Service ever! Awesome sales person DIANA! THANK YOU for going the extra mile to help me in my quest for the specific product of my choice! I will be forever grateful if this works our! Stay tuned for the second chapter in my quest!Follow up ( literally just enough time between calls for the sales person Diana to try to fulfill my request ) I get a phone call from her and she says my product is on its way at first opportunity the next business day and should be in her store before the end of week! Yay!

Just spent almost 600 bux on winter attire for my wife and myself in the kenora store, was in the store for about 45m to an hour, not 1 staff member asked us if we needed any help. at one time 3 to 4 staff members stood in the path of shoppers talking amongst themselves. when we found what we were looking for the cashier was unpleasant, no hello, no did you find everything you were looking for, not even a smile from her. once she rang us thru i showed her a promo code from my phone for an extra 20 bux off any purchases over $100, she scanned it and it didn't work, she complained that they sometimes don't work, i then wanted to show her the promo code to manually punch in the numbers but she didn't even acknowledge it. Once we left we saw on the receipt that she did not take the extra 20 bux off. Perhaps a new career in something other than customer service is needed. very unpleasant shopping experience from the moment we walked in until the moment we left, unfortunately options for shopping are limited in this town, we have never had a bad experience at any other Marks in the past. Very disappointed in how we were treated.

Online sale showed sale price for item desired. Not marked on merchandise on shelf but cashier gave me the sale price. Thanks

As always great service. Always helpful and go the extra mile. Prices are good and the quality is unbeatable!

Great store, mostly great staff, plenty to choose from, however, they don't carry outside work clothes for women. No women's high visibility, or Carhartt type clothes and no sizes small enough to fit a small woman. Had to order Carhartt work pants from Amazon. Even normal clothes for thin men and women are rarely in stock and either need ordered on the website or sourced elsewhere.

Unhelpful staff, no one asked me if I needed any help. In fact cashier #23019 didn’t once say hello or thank you during our interaction. I felt like I was intruding and my was not wanted! Will not visit this location again.
