The food here is unbelievably amazing!!!!Hands down!I am a chef and a total Foody and trust me I know food! This place is unreal. As the name states Modern well this is the place if you're looking for ultra-fresh and tasty modern Chinese food that doesn't make you feel disgusted after a huge meal like other places I only went to once every six months ish. This is a place like no other Chinese restaurant that I get 3 times or more a month compared to those other places. I have sampled dozens of dishes and they are all very delicious from there soups, lemon chicken, chicken balls and chicken everything to their eggrolls and more. It really is unbelievable, and I will definitely be going back for more as this is my only Chinese restaurant for now on :)Thanks guys & keep up the good work!Jay, Terri and Izzy :)

Nice staff, but the food was not very good, although the restaurant was very busy, but I found better places for Chinese food.

This was our first visit to restaurant. We had eight at the owners previous buffet style restaurant before. The flavors here are much more improved. The quality of the food is so much better in this relatively small and intimate restaurant. Unfortunately we are not from the area so it's not like we will be coming here quite frequently.Overall, we found the food to be very flavorful as well as relatively affordable given the quality of the food. Definitely one of the better quality places to eat in the area.

Do you like Chinese food? Thai? Well, the Modern Orchid Asian Cuisine restaurant is the place to try! They recently opened their newest location in the Parks of West Bedford on Bloom Lane. They make the best chicken balls and egg rolls I have ever had! Their prices are very reasonable and the service is astounding. They will even deliver your take out order to your table at the Village Taphouse a couple doors down.

Ordered a chicken gai ding combo on Monday. The food was hot and fresh, but the chicken tasted so bad it haunted me in my dreams. It is different from what I had before. The restaurant has really gone downhill after covid. The staff was really nice and offered us some ice cream.

Over all food are delicious! A little bit pricy for authentic Chinese food tho. Stir fry noodles could be drier and more crispy.

Utterly amazing.Walked by when I was in the area and noticed the menu on the window. This is one of the only places in the plaza I hadn't tried so figured I would get something to take home. The menu had the usually chicken balls, fried rice and egg roll combo and I've had those extra combo meals in other restaurants so I expected the quality and flavor to basic and kind of bland.Oh my god was I wrong. The quality and flavor is insane for the price you pay. I just got a side of chicken balls since it's all I was craving and I seriously regret not getting more. The food is absolutely amazing and extremely affordable.The place itself is absolutely spotless too. Very clean, good size if you wanted to dine in, and the staff are super friendly/helpful.Can't say enough good about it, so make sure you go so you can try it out for yourself!!Edit: went back to eat again a few days later. Photos attached of the C1 combo, pad thai and a restaurant pic from when we were waiting for our take out before they closed. The chicken balls are slightly discolored because I drowned them in soy sauce before I took the picture.
