Worst experience. Guy who work at 4 pm on 23 march was so rude. He dont even know how to talk. He speak so rudely with customers. Zero star , i am not gonna come to this place again.

A horrible guy was very strange and rude while talking with me. During my last visit, by mistake i put coin in the other dryer, but my clothes were in another dryer. He didn’t return my coins and get extra from me. Foolish guy! Never ever go there. I have alot of things to tell about him. He compel the customers to use 2 machines. Why we use two, if we have less quantity of clothes. I think you should change that employee.Thanks

Someone stole my dog and I asked the owner if I could leave a flyer on there bulletin board and he said No and then I asked again he said no I have to pay to leave it there no help at all And very rude I wouldn’t support a small business like this that isn’t considerate enough and won’t help someone find there dog and wants money for help to leave a flyer there.

There is one old lady with leg injury she was very rude to me I am coming in this laundry from long time before there is on other lady she was very polite but this time there was old lady she speak very rude to me even while talking she said that if you want to go you can go this is Business how it works finally no more .I also say that you are very rude be polite with customers and she told me what can I do for you I just say be polite that’s all .If she was owner that I would like to say her you need to learn how to talk polite

I run a clothing charity donation, where we deal with large quantities of clothes daily. I wash the clothes before donating. I called right now to ask how long their services take and he said why don't you come see" and cut it. Unprofessional

The korean guy who works here or probably is the owner not sure about that but he is hella rude. If i had an option to rate him below this i would probably choose this. He doesn’t even know how to talk to people, and his attitude is at parr.

Worst employees ever. One star for the lady who have some problem in her leg only she is kind and always greet with smile and help others with kindness but the other chinese lady and the guy are extremely rude dont know how to talk with customers. No sense to greet or anything.....m

Very Rude guy, lady is fine. Last time I am visiting this garbage place. I was literally 3 mins late to take out my clothes he took it out.. Don't know if it was fully cycled. Guy is very arrogant and not nice person.
