Had to order products I couldn't get elsewhere in Canada here (and didn't want to pay import)Liquor lodge had rum from Australia, grain spirit high proof for cocktails and everything I needed.So frustrating not having it locally. So amazing ordering from here

The customer service is so bad that it's literally non-existent! I ordered 6 bottles after ordering once before without any issues. This time, however, one of the bottles leaked all over the other 5 due to improper packaging while in transit. I reached out with photos and videos. I was completely ignored after sending several emails! I ended up having to get a refund for the empty bottle via PayPal. I've never been completely ignored by a company, especially when a product has arrived damaged due to their error. Too bad because I would have loved to order many more bottles in the future. You've lost a loyal customer! If you do choose to purchase from this company, then I highly recommend paying via PayPal because at least you have recourse when your order arrives damaged.

Fantastic selection of local and international craft beers! All ready to drink from a refrigerated area back left of the store. Wine extensive as well but didn't get chance to explore. Very friendly owner.

Like other reviews are saying, no after-sale customer service is available. No answer or acknowledgment to my email even after a week.EDIT: The vendor claims I never sent an email. Soon after my review, I received an email asking for more details about the situation. I provided proof that I did send an email and once again, I didn't get a reply to my email. What's the point?

Sent multiple emails and no response to an online order that I didn’t get what I ordered and they don’t even follow their own policies. Just care about the sale and not the customer experience or what I even ordered was correct. Worst place to buy from online or otherwise. I hope the owner sees this and actually responds.

Have had a few online purchase from Liquor Lodge and it has been fantastic. Great collection of scotch and fast shipment. They also keep customers updated on special releases which I found is the most fair and transparent way to give myself a chance to buy some good stuff that are never available in BC or something I can ever win from a lucky draw.. highly reliable seller and will buy more from them.
