Not sure what’s happened to this place, but since the middle of last year to now the quality has really dropped.Food is either cold, greasy, soggy, or just not good tasting. Used to get a hot chocolate here or tea, until that started tasting bad or watery too.Today took the cake tho. I bought a bacon egg breakfast sandwich with hash brown and juice, hash brown and juice were okay - the hash brown itself was soggy but I’ve gotten used to the “flop” it makes when taken out of the bag.As for the sand which - I have no clue what is in it, but I took the bun off to add ketchup and there’s this green slimy substance cooked into the eggs. It stretched when I took the bun off, it also stuck to the spoon I poked it with (thinking it was just something that got cooked in from the stove top). It has the same consistency as snot. I felt sick to my stomach as I looked at the green substance and got sick from it.Glad I didn’t eat it - I don’t know what it is, but unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve found a non-edible substance in my food at this location. Usually it’s just plastic or a hair but this, this took the cake.

This location has definitely got some service issues. This is the third time I’ve been through the drive through and this time has to repeat my order of three things on the menu. I was also waiting to order at the speaker and a vehicle pulled up to the other speaker and was served before me. They never have stock of some items that are listed on the menu. They tell me they don’t serve those items. Why do they have them on their menu??? If Tim Hortons is a franchise all locations should carry the same items on all menus otherwise it’s false advertisement.

This used to be a pretty good Tim Hortons. However, things have become quite bad in the last 6 months or so. I have stopped going there as some of the staff including the Manager have become extremely rude and the customer service has become unacceptable.

I visit this store several times a week and also visit other branches. Unfortunately, the food at this store is very bad, and even its recipes are different from other stores. You can find the correct taste of the same products at other branches, but the food offered at this store is bland and of low quality. It has even happened several times: forgetting to add sauce or the sauce being spoiled. Headquarters really should reassess the business situation of this branch.

I went in to buy Chilli and coffee was charged $10.?? For this order and I told them Chilli is a priced different on their board he wouldn't adjust the price and it was watered down might have been better to order soup didn't even get bun or donut

I go here about once a week for the past few years. Nice staff and consistent food with other Timmy's. The recurring problem that happens most times I go here is that when I ask and pay for extra bacon, I dont get it. I have tried many approaches to solve this simple problem, remind them in advance that the extra bacon is always forgotten, look after i receive the sandwich and show them that there is no extra bacon (and hold up the line and feel like a jerk :( ), etc. Same problem. The staff do typically recognize the problem, but I don't want free stuff or apologies... I just want my meal made the way I asked and paid for... Fix the root cause of this issue please... Do random internal checks on custom orders, for example, to move staff in the right direction...

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT IT TAKES OVER 20 MINUTES TO GET SERVED INSIDE WHEN THERE IS ONLY 4 PEOPLE INFRONT OF YOU IN LINE. BY THE TIME MY WIFE CALLED ME FROM THE CAR THAT THE BABY WOKE UP AND STARTED SCREAMING, I WAS STILL WAITING TO BE SERVED. I LEFT, LOOKED AT THE DRIVETHRU LINE, ONLY 2 OF THE 10 CARS INFRONT OF ME WHEN I ARRIVED HAD ACTUALLY BEEN SERVED.

I don't know who's making the donuts here, but they're the best of all the Tim Hortons in all of Ottawa! Like I didn't know they could be cooked to perfection, until I had them from here.

We come here every week for years before and after the Pandemic. Lately I started to notice the place is getting dirtier and dirtier by week. Today the floor has sticky spots that you have to pull your shoes off!!! I really hope the management team will do something about it. It is a place that people eat and drink in after all.
