shopped here a few times over the last few months for gifts, every time I come in the assistant manager seems to find herself in a position to voice her own opinions (usually politically charged or inappropriate for the workplace). I get that she needs to talk to customers but sometimes you just don't need to say things. Especially when its making customers and the other people around you very uncomfortable. theres a time and place for everything.

My stepson and I were refused entry because we were not wearing masks. Okay, so we go get some disposable ones and come back because he really wanted to look around in the store. While we are there with our masks on, a lady walks in with no mask and not a single employee says a word to her about it. Felt quite discriminatory to me. I won't be back.

Asked the assistant manager if the buy one get one 50% off drinkware applied to all or just the Borderlands products. She absolutely lost it on me. That there is no sale. I asked about the signage by the Borderlands merchandise, and she became further enraged, and tore down said signage, as the sale had allegedly ended a week ago.TL;DR: Came in, found what I was looking for. Left empty handed, on account of Asst.Manager lack of anger management.

Great selection of nick nacks. Always something weird and exciting to look at. Nerd paradise!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The costumer service is terrible. The employees working are in bad moods and power tripping off masks lol. I was refused when attempting to purchase a piercing and a lanyard because I didn’t have a mask with me so they made me leave

Horrible customer service, never felt so disrespected. First they got mad at me and my boyfriend for not wearing a mask, when there wasn't a person there to give us one and the masks were hidden in the shelves. I didn't happen to notice a sign that said they were mandatory maybe we missed it, I don't know. Then we were walking around the store and stopped to look at the bongs, then the lady snarled at us saying we needed ID to purchase. Understandable, but there was no reason for her to be SO rude to us. Yes, we both look very young but are in our early twenties. Even if it was a minor there's 0 excuse to treat any customer so poorly. Then she made a comment that she hated that the bongs weren't locked up, then gave us a look as if she was worried we were going to steal.. with her and another employee right beside us! Then my boyfriend picked up a bong cleaner (with the intension to PURCHASE it) and the same grumpy old employee yelled at him for shaking it as they would not have been able to sell it after. So I sat and read the entire bottle and nowhere did it say it must be used after mixing. After that we just left. Had she said any of those things in a polite tone of voice and didn't treat us like criminals I wouldn't have been so upset. But I will not be returning to that location.

Brutal! Purchased a gift. Asked how long had to bring it back for a refund. Was told the 12th. Brought it back on the 11th. Now it's only an instore credit. Had to bring it back by the 9th for a refund. Thanks for leaving that out!
