If you are looking for a private chef or for a catering services, I would definitely recommend this place. The head chef has over 20 years of experience and had created unique menu and dishes for my party. Whether you have a small size party or a large party to cater to, he can cater to all locations and different dietary restrictions. The food was very tasty and the combinations and dishes that he created was also very unique, dishes that I have not tried elsewhere. From appetizers to main dish to the desserts, they were all not lacking a flavour at all, and we were actually impressed. The response time was also very prompt and we had no issues with communication. They also offer a free homemade savoury jam for each guest when you book your private chef event or catering event, which I thought was quite special and unique for myself and for all my guests. With the holidays coming up, I would definitely recommend booking him as soon as possible. He travels so was able to accommodate In coming to our place to cater our private events. I’ve had the pleasure of trying Chef Al’s cooking when he catered my wedding but his savoury jams are out of this world. He provided a container for my guests for wedding favours and my guests were blown away. I highly recommend his catering ( if he’s still available) and his jams. Just so good!

Chef Al and his team catered a private chef dinner for my friend’s bachelorette (party of 6) and we were all so impressed!I initially discovered His Jamm through Instagram. My experience communicating and working with them to curate the menu was nothing but seamless. They listened and catered to our theme, ideas and dietary restrictions. We had a four course menu and every dish was delicious — my personal favourite was the homemade berry tart, I haven’t had something that tasted so thoughtfully made in such long time. All of us agreed that we could taste the effort and passion that Chef put into his cooking.Chef and his team came prepared with all of their tools and cookware to cook in our Airbnb. They were very respectful of the space and area while preparing the dinner. He presented every dish during dining service, in addition to having printed menus for us. After our meal was done, they left the kitchen area clean as if they were never there.

Chef Al catered my birthday and we were blown away. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. Just the little touches, you know he really puts in the effort and care. He was professional and punctual, truly outstanding service. Will definitely use him again!
