Punctual, professional, expedient .... my appliances were 3rd party dropped off but not installed professionally. Fineline installed the new DW and levelled the new fridge and stove. Extremely professional service. Thanks to the team for their organization; timely quote and perfect install ! I'm thrilled and highly recommend Fine Line Appliances for installation.

The Fine Line team is friendly and capable. What sets them apart is that their service goes beyond. Our appliance delivery was delayed 5 hours- Michael juggled around his day and fit us in so our appliances were up and running before the weekend. While they were here they noticed another appliance was installed incorrectly and asked if they could fix it for us too. I mean, come on. What more could you ask for.

Michael and Matt saved our Xmas. We had a delivery of a replacement fridge from JennAir, but the installer they arranged was injured and couldn’t come out until maybe the new year. Fineline managed to squeeze us into an already tight schedule and not only did they get it in so that it worked they went out of their way to get panels and handles for us from the warehouse and also install those as well … they went over and beyond what we expected that day.. thank you

Amazing service! We had our entire kitchen (range, hood vent, built-in fridge, beverage fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer) installed by Fine Line Appliance and we are so happy with the results! This business is very responsive, courteous, detail oriented, and prompt. If you are looking for a install company that cares about what they do and doing it right, make sure to hire them ASAP.

Do not hesitate to call this company!! Fine Line Appliance Installs is an exceptionally professional company that delivers quality service! I needed panel installation on a new dishwasher, panels changed on an expensive sub zero, and handles installed on both appliances. Fine line Appliance did the work perfectly, on time, and Michael was a pleasure to have in my home! Michael also noticed my Viking range was not aligned perfectly with my counters, and he got it fixed up for me. He also took great care around my new cabinetry & new wood floors. Great customer service. I needed a range hood installed on a tight timeline. Michael came in on a Saturday to make sure it was ready for my other tradespeople that were coming Monday morning. His work was excellent and his price was very fair….. neither of which is easy to find in Kelowna at this time. I highly recommend First Line Appliance Install.
