Best service ever. Of course the laptop quit at income tax time! Fast appointment and great service. Anytime I have needed help the sevice has been excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a computer problem.

The guys were very professional and had my computer back in a couple days. Everything works great after the replaced my full harddrive with a new larger one that I purchased. Would recomend 100%.

We have dealt with Trevor for several years! Love that he comes to us and we don't have to lug our computer out. Premier, fast and professional service. I tasked them with replacing a SSD in my laptop that I was unable to do myself, and they completed it flawlessly. To be honest, I was a little apprehensive in having someone repair my laptop, but the team at Oncall not only quelled my fears, they preformed amazing service. I called them on Thursday afternoon to discuss my situation, and 30 minutes later I had Dustin at my door to pick up the laptop. The next day, I received a phone call that my laptop was ready, and that the technician (John) was only a few streets over and could come and drop it off. Less than 24 hours after I called, I had my laptop's SSD cloned and replaced, without me ever having to leave my home. That's outstanding service to me. Additionally, their rates were reasonable especially for the level of service. If I ever need any kind of technological service again, I won't hesitate to call Oncall. I dealt with both Dustin and John for my service, but I don't doubt the entire team are experts in their field.

The fellow who came to our house to get our printer to talk to my laptop and vica versa got everything We wanted done in less than 1 hour and it has been working great ever since. The price was reasonable and I will not hesitate to call On-call again if another issue arises.

How do you spell relief! We are so thankful for OnCall's extensive knowledge and competent service. We are not tech-savvy and we had a mess of a system at home: We needed to replace a 12-year-old iMac with a laptop; we had two iPhones, one iPad and a wireless printer--all bought at different times; and there was no longer much synchronization among them. Some functions were not working at all on some devices. We came up with a 13-item list of our needs, wants and questions, including a request for a recommendation on what to buy for a laptop. After we bought the items that OnCall recommended, Trevor came to our home and spent most of a day transferring and setting everything up, synchronizing all our devices, cleaning things up and offering advice on some of our remaining questions and what we could do to go forward with a system that we had confidence in and that was cost-efficient. The transition to our new setup was incredibly smooth and, as noted above, what a relief! Thanks again.

Used OnCall twice in the month of June. both times resulted in the problems being fixed by the end of the day. We are very fortunate to have a home computer service like this in our city. Friends have taken their devices to businesses only to be told it would take 2 weeks before it could be dealt with. We couldn’t get along without Trevor and the crew at OnCall!!

A friend mentioned that they used On Call for all their computer needs. Two weeks later, we had to call them for a computer issue. Since we were flexible with times, a service person was here within 30 mins. Thankfully the issue was an easy fix, and the computer was back to normal use. I was very impressed from the initial phone call to the fix as both were very personable and professional. So glad a friend mentioned their name.
