RVH Imaging Svc

Long day I've had beside a car crashing into mine and rainstorm on top whilst dealing with that so naturally I was running late to my appointment. Then hwy was jammed with traffic and that caused congestion on all side streets .. can it get worse you may ask..but it didn't! These ladies in the office today were so empathetic to my situation, their compassion came a long ways today. They held my spot for me and told me to take my time and they'll be there when I arrive.. true enough and made me laughGreat bunch here, thank you for everything todayJuly 6, 2023

I have been to RVH twice, both times for MRIs. They staff, docs, techs, nurses have always been incredibly friendly and sometimes, even more importantly, efficient.

This doesn’t not apply to the rest of rvh by a long shot, but the imaging department is phenomenal. Every time I’ve called the person on the phone has gone out of their way to help me, including helping me with things that aren’t their job or even their department. Couldn’t be happier.

Very efficient and professional. No waiting for my 7:15 am appointment

Nice people, so good at what they do

The nurses and technicians are very nice, and very good at what they do. They help you to be calm and relaxed. I love RVH it's a great hospital.

Dear my Hero,I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the amazing MRI experience I had in RVH waiting room 4 on April 17th 9:30 pm,. As someone who has always been anxious about medical procedures, I never thought I could get through an MRI without panicking. However, you made the entire process so much more comfortable and manageable for me.From the moment she called my name and walked into the MRI room, you greeted me with a warm smile and a reassuring presence. You took the time to explain the procedure to me in detail and answer all of my questions, got me in and out couple times to try :) ., which helped ease my nerves tremendously. I could tell that you genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process.When it was time for me to undergo the MRI, you stayed by my side and talked me through each step of the process. You offered me headphones and played my favorite music to help me relax, and you checked in with me regularly to make sure I was doing okay. Your calm and soothing demeanor helped me stay calm and centered, and I was able to complete the MRI without any issues.I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, professionalism, and expertise.
