Horrible service. Some employees working there are quite agressive! What's even worse is that the owner/manager supports and defends the aggressivity of his staff too. How abhorrent! What a shame for the Lennoxville community. Everything is also overpriced in this store. If you can avoid going here, do so!

Their card machine went down before I checked out and the woman is treating me like I’m pathetic for not having a card that works (this often happens to me - shocking - an english speaking human in this area) I will not return to any provigo.Also for the record my husband went inside after this experience and confirmed, yes their card machines are all down.BE NICE.

Owner mistreats his employees and has the highest prices in the whole province. Robbing students and families on a daily basis because there are no other grocery stores nearby. Avoid if you can.

Good location. Not the best selection or organization, its ideal if you have time to spend browsing. They have a wide variety of high quality meats, cheeses, fish, fruits & veggies etc. Prices are a bit on the upper end of the spectrum, but worth it as the quality and freshness of produce is excellent. Friendly staff, great experience! Will return

Great help a few days ago! I was struggling to find an item, so I asked the clerk for some help (I believe his name was Simon when I asked?) Bilingual and led me right to my favourite biscotti. Thank you! Decent prices too.

It is convenient and personable. Meat is decent. Prices are exorbitant however. Great selection of beer and Quebec products.
