Absolutely a great place to come buy a hot tub and swim spa! They're a Master Spas dealer, which already is one of the best brands of hot tub brands out there. Great customer service from the staff and from the sales manager Kevin. He goes above and beyond to get you a great deal while being honest, blunt, and never speaks poorly about another brand. If you're considering to buy a tub, you'll definitely want to consider this place.

Our hot tub has been purring away for over a month now and we are so very happy with the quality and performance! The overall experience with getting the unit and then having it placed in my backyard was a little frustrating at times and took a while to get figured out. This isn't the fault of Premium Wholesale though, but I will caution potential buyers, DO NOT overlook anything that could hamper delivery when talking to the sales people! They only know what you tell them about your property, and you could leave something out, like the ground being unlevel side to side, that prevents a ground delivery. My walkway was sloped from the sidewalk falling, which meant that the width clearance needed to be much greater and a ground delivery couldn't happen. Eventually I had to get a crane at my expense and even though it wasn't Premium Wholesale's fault, they made it right and gave me an store credit for their online store to keep my water balanced for a long time to come. Purchased new hot tub in late fall and delivered second week of January. The service was great from originally visiting showroom and being greeted by Gabriela to the chill guys who delivered and got the tub situated. We had all of our questions answered during showroom visit and delivery/setup.Chem stuff at the store is well priced and just an all around great experience.
