My stove top cracked but fluke and they don’t believe me. Fair as it’s a business but they are charging me $1472 plus installation fees. I have no leg to stand on because that’s what they say, so my word means nothing. Brutal

Expensive payouts. I had stayed till last year and am now seeing reviews complaining about huge charges for repair.This seems like a pattern here. 1000s of dollars of 'damage charges' if anything is not as good as new in the suite.Granted its a new building, but why should residents pay for keeping it new?Location is great. But choose this only if you have deep pockets.Edit: An external 'third-party' contractor who gets paid if there are repairs, will deem the damage to be not normal wear and tear. Isn't it a fair assessment?All corporations should get their financials audited in a similar way - by contractors who have vested interests.

Great place to live. The shared amenities (Gym/Common Rooms) are amazing! Reception is fantastic. Parking is great! Package/mail pickup is convenient. Rent is costly but understandable for what is included. If you're looking for a luxury residence with no headaches in Oakville. This is the place for you.
