Pip loved Olga! He has always been an anxious dog at any other groomer. It is a relief to know that Olga takes time to calm Pip and build a relationship with him. Olga also did a great job with the grooming and with cleaning his teeth. I recommend Tri-city Grooming. I added a before and after photo of Pip’s teeth.

We took Summer to Tri Cities dog grooming today for the first time and we can safely say we are never going back to Pet Smart ever! Olga did a fantastic job grooming Summer and cleaning her teeth. Our dog really seemed happy with Olga and came out looking great!

Olga takes great care of our two dogs Frank and Bean, they are always happy and excited to see her. She sends us regular updates as well as videos of them out on walks. She’s very experienced and knows dogs well and always has great advice to pass along. We highly recommend this very professional, passionate and caring woman.

Great experience! Olga runs an amazing dog care facility. You can see that she is truly passionated about what she does. She took good care of our dog, kept sending updates which was really amazing. We will definitely use her services again. Highly recommended.

Can I give 6 starts? OMG! SHE IS THE BEST IN TOWN! My dog never allows any stranger to pet her, but Olga is so confident that it didn't took much time to Winnie feels comfortable around her. I had took my dog to other place before and she got so nervous that they could barely do a light trim.Olga was so gentle and adorable with Winnie, she sent me some videos to show how great Winnie was behaving. It was her first full grooming and the experience could not be better. Thank you so much Olga! You are the best! Winnie looks beautiful!

Olga is the best groomer! I have a very nervous/reactive rescue and she was extremely accommodating and gave my boy a handsome summer haircut. Would recommend to anyone, especially those with anxious dogs. Thanks, Olga!

Superb! We've brought our dog here twice now and she always comes back looking so cute & fresh. My dog has very thin & fine fur and it's very hard to avoid some matting in the fur even with consistent brushing. Olga takes her time detangling and cutting whereas other groomers will usually just shave it off. Olga is so gentle and caring, and sends photos and videos throughout the process. I can tell that my dog really doesn't mind the grooming process with her (she had used to get nervous with our previous groomers). Would definitely recommend!!
