Shahram is a true professional. we worked with Vision Engineering on removing a structural walls during our home renovations.To ensure the project is being done according to the codes, we applied for construction permit from City of Vaughan, and guess what the drawings got accepted within two weeks without any question. Shahram not only helped us with the structural design but also helped me to choose a contractor to do the job (which at the end I choose to go with his recommendation after interviewing few contractors).Shahram was very dedicated, meticulous and detail oriented. All the work was completed within given timeline, which included providing drawings with considering our concerns and requests and support the contractor during the construction period. I used Shawn services for the structural modification of my house, while I was in a trouble with a bad work and damage done by a previous engineer.Apart from showing a great deal of skill in the process, he is very patient and always tries to suggest the best possible solution both from the engineering stand point, and the cost effectiveness.
