OAK + FORT

I had a very pleasant shopping experience on Friday as the sales ladies were super friendly and helpful, I would have given a 5/5 star if not for today’s encounter. As I was there to exchange something today and I saw one customer walking out of the store without notifying the staff. So as the staff came closer to the door, I told them what I saw and asked if I can come in, but they refused to listen to me and was kind of rude by saying that she doesn’t need any advice on the capacity of the store in the end. While I totally agree with her approach of keeping everyone safe, but I hope the staffs can pay more attention to the customers who walks out quietly as the wait can be quite painful on weekend.

There were two ladies on floor, the store wasn’t busy, the one who greeted us stayed behind cash register looking at her phone instead of helping us into the change room. I had to go in myself with no help whatsoever. When cashing out, she refused to fold one of my sweater and just threw it into the bag… Very rude and not professional..

Love shopping at your Markville location, most of staffs are friendly and inviting,I’ve been looking to purchase one particular blazer in xs desperately cause I am trying to match the colour with the rest of outfit purchased in oak & fort as well, i was at Fairview location last week, the manager there promised to call me back if they found the size I am looking for cause there was only few left so I couldn’t order online, but store to store transfer seem to be possible, but I never got a call back from the manager.Today at Markville location, Nabi the stock manager went out of his way to call all the stores and found me the blazer /size I am looking for!! He made my day and I end up keeping all the outfit purchase since now I can mix and match all together.Nabi is truthfully customer obsessed manager who is leading by example to his team!Thank you Nabi!!

Charles , works well in a team and consistently assists others in fulfilling customer requirements. His customer base is incredibly devoted. Customers frequently ask you for suggestions on how to handle their difficulties. You’ve become quite the go-to person with the customers. You’re really good at following up with the client so as to ensure that they are never left in the dark. Keep it up!Well Done!

Seriously used to love this location but as of recently, staff has been uninviting, uninterested, and just look like they blatantly hate their job. In recent visits, I usually don't get greeted and when I do it's one and done.. no one follows up and they just stare at you as if you're a bother. I asked a question the other day for an item and it was sold out - not once was I offered an alternative option or given any indication they were interested in me as a customer.In past visits, the employees were so sweet and knowledgeable. I felt so welcomed! I don't know what happened here, but please fix your staffing situation at this location !!

Bad service. The girl worked yesterday help me to reserve the clothes in the other store. And when I get to the other store, they said they did not get any reserving thing…and I just go there get nothing and waste my time and money, really terrible service...have nothing to say

These guys are nothing but fraud. Honestly, I am speechless. They charged me for 3 items in nov 25/2021. Never emailed me that items suddenly went out of stock. Then I email them in December to follow up. They reply back saying “hey it’s sold out we are sorry we will give your money back”. Now we are in March they have still not refunded my money. If you don’t know how to manage online shopping don’t do it. Clothes are good looking but customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone stay away from shopping w them on their online platform. Definitely a scam as they have held my money for months and not refunded it yet. Again if you don’t know how to manage business I. Your online platform don’t do it. If items client purchase online is out of stock email them before they email you to say it’s out of stock and refund their money back. I had to email you! If I had forgotten, you would have charged me and never let me know that they are out of stock and stole my money.
