Was stuck in a snow storm tried calling multiple company’s but Mahar’s towing pulled through and saved the day. Very experienced and totally recommand love billy and Teresa ❤️

We can’t be more pleased with the service and exceptional customer service we received from Billy and his wife Theresa regarding the tow of our 42’ 5th wheel toy hauler on July 2nd (Holiday) for CAA. We were stranded on the highway for hours (looking for big heavy duty towers) but then Mahars came, hooked onto our camper and towed it from Sprinhill to the Truro campground. If you ever need any type of tow, regular or heavy duty, don’t hesitate to call them, they can’t do enough for you.

They were there very promptly when I needed them. They were very professional. The driver was careful when moving my vehicle. The office staff at the tow yard were great they worked with me to arrange a time for pick up and never changed the quote even though I was a few days late picking up my vech. It's nice to see a local small business that still has small-town values and treats the customers with respect not trying to gouge every extra penny they can get. I highly recommend MAHAR'S TOWING where they still take pride in there work.

10/10 service once I got my car stuck on the top of mount Everest and Billy made it his solo mission to come save me. I was so pleased when I saw my knight in shining armour come to my rescue. As soon as I saw him he gave me his jacket to keep me warm and invited me over for hot chocolate

Needed a tow for my van (which is also our full time home) from a residence in Linacy to a garage in New Glasgow. Mahar’s was a few minutes early (I really wasn’t expecting that) and got the job done well and for a very reasonable price. (I actually was expecting almost double their price)

Stole items out of a vehicle removed a light that didnt belong to them sold the vehicle so he could take a trip shady owner shady operator wouldn't recommend to tow anything

Horrible!! They wouldn't even answer the phone when I needed help. They should remove 24hour service" from their ad if they're not going to be available 24 hrs!!"

Had to get a tow. Was covered for 160km with Caa. Was a few km over, 165km. Paid the small difference. Perfect and reasonable. Driver Jamee was great since I had to ride with him. Great chats. We had to change repair places prior to vehicle pickup and they rolled with the changes without a complaint. Happy I got these guys. So if you have choice in a bad situation I’d think you can pick them and theyll help make the best of it.

You should probably get some better truck drivers, was on my way home from work tonight and got behind one of your truck drives doing 50 in an 80 zone not a huge deal.. however when I'm driving behind them 30 below the speed limit your driver proceeds to turn on their bright back light to blind me while I'm drive. Super unprofessional!!! Thanks for blinding me!! A-hole! Doesn't speak to your character to have drivers that do this! However I will say that when dealing with you before now the owner was great when I had my car accident.
