6 stars if I could. Was referred to Stefan and team by a colleague and friend to paint my liftgate privately. Best decision I've made in a while to trust Craftsman on Esquimalt Rd. Office team is friendly and efficient, price was reasonable (close to the price in my head that I fairly thought it should cost), the car was ready on time and the quality exceeded my expectations - proving to me that the paint technicians are top notch as well.Many thanks to the whole team, highly recommend this business.

The intelligent and professional workers took care to make sure I received the best quality repair and always kept me well informed of the progress. The courtesy vehicle was fantastic on fuel and had a heated steering wheel, which has surprisingly become my personal favourite feature of any vehicle. Matt, Riley, Jasmine, Jake, and everyone else whom I didn’t quite get the pleasure of getting on a first name basis are all deserving of raises, in my professional opinion. I will be returning to this location for more body work in the future.

I have been working on restoring my 1978 cb 750. I met with Stephan the manager at craftsman.He helped me pick the Colour. He was so so patient.We decided on a metallic silver that shines when the light hits it. The bike really turns heads. I have now picked up another bike. Will be back there again soon to find a new idea for the CB 550 Great service and easy going attitude. Value was excellent.Thank you to the staff for doing such a great job.

I found the Esquimalt branch team of Craftsman Collision very professional, reliable and courteous. They performed an excellent job on my Cadillac, had a replacement car ready for me when I left my car with them and delivered my car on time as promised. I am particularly grateful to Matt for taking the extra trouble to check out one of the existing problems with my car and for his sound professional advice. I was really pleased with the service I received from this branch of Craftman Collision. The staff were so friendly and easy to deal with. Matt, the agent I dealt with, explained everything in a manner that was clear and that I understood. I would not hesitate to return when I have need of their services again!

We took our Honda Element to have a dent fixed ( caused by someone running into me.) Their service was excellent- professional and thorough. They even cleaned the whole inside of the vehicle, a big job! I would highly recommend them.

I brought my car here after getting rear ended for an icbc estimate on repairs. I must say that I was very happy with the service I received here by Matt and the receptionist. Professional, friendly, efficient, and took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I can't say anything as to the quality of repairs because my car unfortunately wasn't repairable. I would definitely recommend this location. Thanks for making a stressful situation a little easier.

I took my 2018 Toyota RAV4 here to have some work done on the front bumper. Not only was the work done exceptionally well the customer service level was very high. They exceeded my expectations they were very professional and polite through all correspondence. They also provided me with a decent replacement vehicle while my vehicle is getting fixed. During the whole process of the repairs I was always in communication with either Nolan or Stephan regarding the work being completed on my vehicle. I was really impressed with how well they clean the car after they vacuumed it out and also gave it a good wash. I highly recommend them for any and all auto body detailing or repairs.
