We order for more than 18$, 4 cookies and 4 donuts, 2 coffees. We requested to get all in a box as it is more convenient when we are on the road, it has been refused ! They just put all the glazed donuts in a paper bags and told us there is nothing they can do...I am sorry, I will never go back, the service is terrible !

Clean, rescent building, a little less busy than the other Tim Horton's in the city, 4 stars goes for the almost empty shelves of donuts and cookies that seems to happen often when I visit.

No internet and it is not the first time it happens. The cashier was hars and said that internet was not important although it is announced outside as a claim for people. Yes, internet is important, as it is the setvice and the product.

This Timmie's is one of the slowest I have been to.Up to the point where I don't stop there anymore during the day even when it's the only one on my way to work. I, most of the time, only order a single coffee (not a specialty product) and I have to wait for long minutes to get it, which is unacceptable for what is supposed to be a coffee shop.I do not know the reason behind the recurrent performance problem, be it staff numbers, kitchen layout, the complexity and size of orders made by the customers specific to this location or mere bad luck on my part. But all in all, they don't serve me coffee anymore.Management, please do something. I am not the only one complaining about this.Regards.
