Studio Nails

First thing I said after being sat was please don’t cut my nails just shape them and the very first thing she did was cut them. Not only cut them but cut way shorter than what I had. Shaped them round instead of square as well. Very poor quality in polish application, messy and all over the skin and cuticles. Bumpy and ridged shape. My moms pedi was very thick and bubbly. Go somewhere else for your pedi do not go here

I have been going here on and off over the last 15 years. I have always been happy with the results. Today was no different. I will continue to go back. The ladies there are always friendly and know what they are doing.

Rushed service resulted in poorly done nails that looked like they'd already grown out for a week or two and were thick, lumpy, uneven lengths and crooked. Asked for matte black and was given navy blue with a shiny finish. 0 effort put into the VERY basic nail art design on one finger on each hand. The tech was not gentle at all and yanked and pulled my hands the entire appointment instead of giving me directions. I was very nervous when she was rushing around my cuticles with clippers. Also used dirty paper towels from her previous appointment on my hands.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came to get my nails done for the very first time and was extremely disappointed. I had to change the nail design I wanted TWICE because my nail technician could not successfully copy the designs I wanted. I ended up asking her to do simple french tips, but she refused to at first and I had to beg her to do so. She was extremely impatient and rude to me, which shows that she is very unprofessional at her job. One of my nails had also started bleeding after she was done with them which should never happen. Please save your money and go to another nail salon instead.

Horrible ! Please don’t go here .My nails were done by the manager . It was actually hurting as she was doing my manicure. Very rude , not professional .Never again !

I have not been to this place in about 6 years as cannot have nails at my job. I decided to treat myself a I am on Christmas holidays. They did not disappoint. Lady I use to see was not working there anymore but new lady was just as good. She took her time in understanding what I wanted and did not rush me in picking nail colours. If I could have nails all the time I would definitely go back. In 6 years their prices have not changed much. Please do not listen to all the bad reviews out there. I was shocked to see so many. Please go and experience for yourself.

I'm actually never going to recommend anyone here, I've gone here 3 times and this time I've had it. I'm so grossed out and annoyed. This last time I went she didn't do my nails like in the picture, it was a very simple design. Let's start from the beginning, when removing my old nails, I felt as if she was stabbing my nail with a tac in the middle of my nail bed, secondly prepping my nail and burning me with the nail drill! Ouch! Thirdly, insisting I go with coffin shape because my nails are too wide for almond. Then when it came to do the design, I had a picture for her to copy which was a higher arch white tip, with a simple Ying and yang on my ring finger.. boom! That's it! I got a circle with a dot in the middle. And a very odd looking manicure... and lastly it has been about a few days and now I'm pretty sure I have infection on my finger! It's so itchy and hurts. It's swelling up, blah. I'm so disgusted with this nail salon!!

Not going back. I went there yesterday with a friend we both had pedicures which honestly weren't that great. We asked for a flower design and the lady said $10.00 each which were not that nice or worth it. Well we tried but won't go back not very professional. I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
