Felt scammed. I booked an appointment online for June 27th for the basic oil change at 94.99. When I got there Alex said I had to do the maintenance package for 146.99 and it was “mandatory.” When I got the receipt and papers back it says that this package is a “recommended” Kia maintenance, not mandatory… And my car is 8 months old. Not exactly sure why they have to inspect every square inch of the vehicle. Not coming back here again.
