Clera Windows & Doors

I changed the windows and doors of many homes in Feb 2023. At the time of installation every time some is pending on Feb 25. I paid for everything but still, my work is pending. When I call the installer guys no answer and the same with the sales representative guy who does not answer the phone or message. The company needs to take responsibility because as a customer I am investing my trust in the company. I hope Clera will read this message.

I didn't appreciate my windows as much as I do now. Went over to a friends place that had their windows done around the same time and got a lot of draft today... my windows are solid by comparison and insulate very well. Clera = Quality.

VERY POOR FOLLOW-UP SERVICE!!!A year or more before the COVID pandemic hit, we got our front door replaced. Adam was kind, informative and very helpful. The contractors were very professional and even went a little out of their way for us. We enjoyed the door so much that we decided to replace our other two exterior doors and get a bay-window installed. Adam came again and gave us the same 5 star service. The contractors were again very kind, courteous and planned the work out well for our convenience.UNFORTUNATELY, that is when the great service ended. Immediately after we had the bay-window installed, we called Adam to come and look at the exterior look as one screw had to be used in the frame which looked out of place. He never came at least never called to confirm and comment. Then, sill within the time of warrantee, the interior caulking began to split along the frame. We called Adam again. At first we were told that no one could come due to the pandemic. When things opened up the first time, we called Adam again and got no response,.We decided to call another number and got the run around and were eventually told that no one is going to come because the caulking doesn't last forever. We are well aware of this, however, it should last the time of the warrantee!

Their pricing was upfront and fair. Clera did everything like they said they would.

Dealing with Gary and his crew was a pleasure! Gary gave us good advice and helped us decide on exactly what we wanted at a great price. Installation was great. The crew was extremely careful both inside and out, cleaning as they did their job. The workmanship is superb! Everyone is so impressed with the look of the windows! I highly recommend Clera!

Poor quality windows with no quality control done once the windows leave the manufacturing facility. They demand payment of all money yet I’m stuck with several cracks/holes in my brand new windows. They never should have left the manufacturer like this. They threatened legal action the day after installation and haven’t even fixed these issues. Why should I pay all when I’m stuck with these problems. I don’t even trust that they will come out and fix them. I wish I went with any other window company. It’s been a nightmare! Very unprofessional!
