Paul, the owner and host of the restaurant, created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. His outgoing personality lit up the space. Food came quickly. I had lamb chops with quinoa and grilled vegetables. Barry, the chef, cooked the meat to perfection. Presentation and flavour were outstanding! Thank you for a beautiful dining experience ❤

We had a great dinner, chose the veal special that day, had some wine with it, was very yummy! We'll go again. Very friendly staff. Cosy room and windows all around to watch the humming birds. Call for reservations, they are always busy, was only one empty table for 2 when we were there on a Thursday night. Open 4:30 to 8...

The fish and chips are excellent. Thin crispy batter, nice portion of fish. The chips are fresh cut and well done.

It was Brittany and i's first time at Tanner's. It was the best Caesar I've ever had and Brittany said it was the best Shirley Temple she ever had to. The dinner was so delicious! I had the schnitzel was amazing and Brittany had the chicken pot pie homemade biscuits on top So homemade! What a treat! And the homemade dessert we took home was so good! And the atmosphere and fun. Loving nature of our host and the amazing chef made for a wonderful experience. Thank you. We will be back

Fantastic service, friendly staff; Barry was an excellent host and the food was delicious.. had 'the Burger' with cheddar, blue cheese and bacon; fries and gravy... So delicious... Also they have at any given moment 10-15 hummingbirds coming to the window feeders... Great place

My wife and I love to find out of the way great meals. This place did not disappoint. I had the curry seafood platter and she had the trout. But first we shared a garlic shrimp appetizer. I actually used a spoon to finish off the sauce. It was that good. It was an incredible dinner at a pretty reasonable price. We plan on going back just to try some of their other offerings. They are only open Thursday to Sunday and a reservation is needed. For such a small place with about 7 tables...it was busy. The locals know a good eating establishment and keep it busy. Go for a nice drive and check it out. You will not regret it.
