Not Recommending these guys to any plumbing gas fitting or heating companies.Terrible communication within the management and customers, poor customer serviceThey don't even set up a voice mail for their customers in cases they are away.Terrible on refunding your money, and followupsIt is a mess in Bartle and Gibson ,We are not going to give up until we get our money back

Went to these guys looking to get some 3/4 black iron gas pipe to build a shelf I saw on pinterest. They were very helpful in helping me work out the right parts, quantities and lengths. It turned out great. They were very cool about me bringing back about 1/3 of what I bought as well because I had miss calculated the height of the shelf. I'll be dropping in here for my next project for sure.

Do yourself a favour and skip Splashes / Andrew Sheret. Come straight here. They are AMAZING! They were not pushy, they know their stuff through and through and were so kind, attentive and patient. I felt like I had a family member guiding me through finding the shower / tub / wand hardware we needed. At Splashes it was confusing, overwhelming and condescending of our budget. Here it was made fun. Regardless of budget, everyone here was treated like a VIP and no request was met with derision. They kept to their timelines, responded thoroughly and quickly and made the whole experience easy! Any install hiccups along the way, they found the solutions and helped us out easily.
