We called 10 minutes ahead to place a pick up. Order was made exactly as ordered and they did a great job of wrapping the wrap in the foil as it is Wrap Zones Style.Owner of the business was working and was extremely polite .

I ordered a jimmy the Greek, the lady I talked to asked what size and what protein. And I said no protein and said zone size. I brought my wrap home and took a bite. Only to find that all it had was cucumbers and rice. The sticker said Mini the Greek. The jimmy the Greek and mini the Greek are the same size. Would not recommend.

This was my favourite wrap place for decades. I leave town for a few years, come back and the Thai wrap was devoid of flavour, not enough sauce… all white rice and not enough fill.If wrap zone was a kid giving me it’s report card I would have said ‘I’m not mad. I’m just disappointed. You know how to apply yourself. You know how to do well. You just choose not to.’

These are hands down the best wraps and smoothies I have ever had. Great location too! Close enough to the beach to walk. Hoping they'll open up a location in Calgary at some point!!Prices are very reasonable. Considering it was lunch hour the wait wasn't bad. Must admit the soup was the best part. Should rename it the Soup Zone " all around definitely a repeat customer"

The young woman who made our wrap yesterday was extremely rude. When I was asking questions she rolled her eyes and turned around in a snit because my questions were just too much for her to handle. There are too many places to eat to bother to go place where the staff are angry, unfriendly, and just rude.

SUPER Rude staff. When they make a mistake they won’t fix it without you purchasing a new one, so you are just forced to eat a incorrect wrap order. The staff here are completely ok with arguing with you in front of a whole room of customers.Then they proceed to talk about you in Punjabi and giggle in the back.Would not recommend. Everything was an add on or An extra and $23 for two wraps which by the way were both incorrect, is not worth it.Save your money go somewhere else.The customer services here is non-existent.

The best wraps in kelowna so far. The staff was super friendly and suggested me with my order. It was my first time but for sure its going to be my go store in future. I had Falafel fusion and in still in the fusion.

Not the best experience. Had a Mexicale wrap, the chicken was dry and the entire thing was rice with little sauce, beans, or cheese.Staff was clipped and curt despite it not being busy. One staff member was downright rude.The dining room was disgusting. Every table was obviously dirty with food and sauce stains. Every. Single. Table.
