I got them to quote replacing the steering shaft on my F 150, I was quoted $307.00, when my girlfriend went into pick it up, they stated it was $442.00 labour, part and taxes in. She contacted me and I said to pay it, however before she did they said it was actually more then that the bill came to $571.11. i also got this quoted by another automotive company which quoted it around $450.00 I had used this company for the last 10 years and figured I would switch because of the price difference and my girlfriend had a pleasant experience there earlier in the year in which I referred Bromley's to her from selling to Rob in the past. Quite shocked to have them say it is $571.11 too bad. I would not recommend going here at all and will no longer refer people to Bromleys. Maybe this is a company in which you have to yell and scream to get somewhere?I also asked them to quote the body work repair for my truck, this also was not done.This is a response to the response from Rick the owner.First off I asked for a price for the part and the labour including tax. If anyone is being ignorant it is you Rick. I even explained that I was originally thinking of doing it myself but because the price was very well compared to Memorial Automotive I went with you.To think labour and taxes is free is ignorant" Give your head a shake Rick. You also presented the invoice to my girlfriend at $442.00

I highly recommend these guys. They repaired some rusted areas on our rocker panels and did an amazing job. They even detailed the car after and made it look like new again. Thanks again for your hard work and great service.

Rob is an excellent person. His crew has done an outstanding job on every one of my projects and other people's projects I have sent his way. I will continue to use Bromley automotive and everyone I know who has dealt with them have said the same. They stand behind their work.

I am a second time customer. Had my car sent in for some warranty work and had all 4 doors on my WRX completely replaced/painted by Bromley. To start they did an amazing job with the paint and they went above and beyond just like the last time I was there. When I had brought the car there initially it was rather dusty from being on construction sites (dust on dash, sand in floor mats etc) . I picked the car up and they had washed the whole car, added tire shine and gave the interior a quick polish and even my floor mats were cleaned and shiny. I will never go anywhere else for body work. Great friendly staff, professional quality work and above and beyond service will have me recommend to anyone in need.

Excellent customer service and the best work around. Great bunch of guys that work there and a pleasant lady at the counter. Bromley's will be doing all my work.

Amazing service!!If I could give them 6 stars I would. Rob and his team did excellent work on my vehicle. The body work performed came out better than new and all in record time. I couldn't believe it when I got the call to say that it was ready.They even took the time to clean the interior of my vehicle and wash the mats. Nice touch!I would not hesitate to send any of my vehicles to Bromley Automotive and neither should you.

I have unfortunately had to use their repair services twice now due to to car accidents but they made a stressful time and situation easy. Both times my car not only came back repaired and re-painted, but they even went the extra mile to detail the inside.No one likes damaging their vehicle, but if it happens I highly recommend the team at Bromley's. Great work and they were easy to get a hold of for answers in regards to time line.

This company deserves more than 5 stars. I am very happy with my experience. I had a bad experience with another another shop. I had taken my car to the previous shop twice. both times nothing was repaired properly and they always went double the estimated time frame that they gave me. I lost out on work income with the amount of time it took them to fix" my vehicle . Bromley's is amazing. Everything is fixed properly the first time and they were professional. They told me That it could take up to 4 days and they called me to tell me it was done in 3 hours. I was also able to add on an under coating in the same day before I picked it up. I will definitely be going back. I have never had this good of an experience with a mechanic shop before before."

Just a preliminary meeting to discuss some warranty work on my car, but first impressions often mean everything. I came in last minute on a Friday and they were eager to help and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend going to speak to them and let them make a first impression on you!
