Fire their employees for making mistakes, don't tell them what those mistakes are or take the time to show them how to properly correct them because they obviously want the perfect candidate and are too lazy to train.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. They agreed to work on an application for my business, billed me for a job I did not request and then refused to return my calls and work with me on the error. Will not recommend them to anyone.

Terrible customer service, once they know they have your business they don't return phone calls etc. They're totally incompetent. I was told I could have a survey done, then after 2 weeks during the next phone call I was told by another person that there were no surveys being done in my region for another 6 months, totally holding the sale back for me, then they wouldn't return my calls because they knew they screwed up my real estate deal.

Very bad company to work with. Poor planning and last minute surprises. Avoid at all cost. I had to hire another local surveyor. They disagree with your work. All you did is cost me more money for nothing. And delay my construction project. In the Mont-Tremblant region, you have a very bad reputation, I should have done my homework before hiring you. Data is Data and so are laws, but incompetence is incompetence.

I originally reached out to the company on October 14. I heard nothing from them for a week, so I called on October 21st. I spoke with Xavier, who assured me that the land survey would be completed by my move in date of November 25th. After a week's worth of emails, I heard back from the surveyor that it would not be completed until the first week of December. I am now left scrambling to find a surveyor to complete this task.*Update* The surveyor reached out, however it could only be completed on the 25th which was too late. We ended up having to go with another surveyor.

I've had the pleasure of working with ASDAG for over a decade. Their team has felt more like project-partners than service providers. Having their name on plans has been reassuring to the other professionals involved in my development projects. They're always professional and you can trust them to do great work - and deliver it when they say they will. Five stars!

I purchased a property which came with a new survey as part of the purchase. As I needed to apply for a minor variance for a small project, I contacted the company for their assistance in preparing a (plan implantation) given they had been to the property and would be easy for them. They agreed and I paid the additional fee, not an issue. After the plan came in I had a few questions around the limits used for calculations. I received the following response. (Selon toi, si tu mesures, crois-tu qu’on est sévère dans notre façon d’interpréter la limite de la hautes eaux? Je peux refaire une validation si tu crois qu’on est trop sévère.) I responded that I wasn't the expert but that perhaps a review could be done and that I was willing to pay for the return visit. 3VM lefts, 5 follow up emails sent still no response over a 4 month period. Service level extremely questionable. Consider other options.

I have been dealing with Daniel Giroux from this firm and I must say it has been a pleasure! He is always available to answer my questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

After contacting several companies to discuss obtaining a survey of property I own in Quebec, this company was the one I chose for a number of reasons. I did not want the work subcontracted to another company, I wanted to accompany the surveyors when the work was undertaken, all of my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. I felt very confident when I finally decided to proceed with a staking plan that it would be what I wanted.The property has been in my family since 1920 and never been surveyed, so having this done after the new cadastral maps were completed by the Quebec government was the right time to do it.The day of the staking was very exciting and challenging because the property is heavily treed, but we got through the 150 acres in less than a day, probably because a preliminary visit and marking had been done in advance of the staking. The two employees we accompanied for the staking were excellent and even took the time to talk with a neighbour from an adjacent property who was challenging the work they were doing.The pricing was comparative to other quotes and I do feel I got the best of the best to do this work. Le propriétaire carrément non-professionnel alors qu'il a tenté de me convaincre que ma cloture empietait sur la ligne du voisin arriere (son client) sans avoir meme regardé mon certificat de localisation qu'il avait en sa possession. M'aurait fait perdre du terrain et m'aurait fait perdre de l'argent si je ne m'etais pas renseigné aupres de d'autres professionnels. A la finale, il a apparemment refait" ses calculs et ma cloture est a l'intérieur de ma ligne et a une bonne distance de ses piquets."
