Lyndsey was super helpful in finding the right style and negotiating it to a price that suited my budget. The shop was accessible for my mother's mobility needs which is a bonus.

I purposefully travelled from Kent to Colchester to visit this shop to buy my wedding dress. I was delighted they had the dress I'd seen online in a size I could try on which was really helpful and I was able to make an informed decision. Lovely shop with very helpful ladies with excellent customer service. You could tell they were experienced in the field of wedding dresses and the whole experience was not only pleasant but enjoyable as it should be. I felt unrushed and listened to, which was so important as I wanted a dress suitable for both my age and my venue in Devon and the whole process was so clearly explained, I came away reassured that everything was in-hand and I could tick wedding dress" off my to-do-list. I had a fantastic experience with Serenity Brides. Due to heavy traffic I arrived to my appointment late but Lauren was so accommodating & helped me try a number of dresses in my short time there. She was able to help guide me in my choices as to what suited me & what didn’t . The store has a fantastic selection of dresses & I am delighted to say I found my dream dress there! Such a lovely experience finding my perfect dress! A really vast collection in a spacious room made browsing easy, and there was no pressure to buy or hurry - I tried around 8 dresses in the 2 hour slot and it was relaxed and enjoyable. The staff were super friendly, complimentary and helpful. Recommend!

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better consultant. I hadn't been enjoying dress shopping (so stressful!) but Josie made me feel completely at ease, and listened to, and she has the patience of a saint! She didn't rush me, she was honest, kind and thoughtful and went out of her way to help me make a decision. I'd highly recommend her to anyone. And the same goes for all the staff - friendly, helpful, and flexible, accommodating my plans and working to my timeline. You are all amazing, thank you x

Such an amazing experience at Serenity Brides. I went dress shopping with no real idea what would suit me and just one picture of a dress I liked. Like many I guess, I didn’t really have the vision to look around dresses hung up in bags and think “that’s nice” so that was where Josie came in. She also helped picked out some beautiful dresses and instantly made me feel relaxed, I honestly cannot thank her enough and now I have my dream wedding dress.Thank you Josie and the team
