We started using Monster Plowing Co. this season. We shopped around quite a bit and opted to use them. It’s been such a relief knowing that our driveway will be taken care of. I have been using Monster Plow for 8 straight seasons to service 3 high traffic locations in Toronto. They do a outstanding job plowing and salting walkways, parking lots and delivery areas. In addtion we have seen a drastic reduction in slip and fall incidents at the locations they service. I am very pleased with the services provided and their seasonal contract pricing is reasonable . I had Monster Plowing this winter for cleaning snow at my business property. This was actually the second time. When I hired them several years ago, I was not happy with their work. But I tried them for the second time this year, and they definitely did something to improve themselves! They were very good at communications first of all, answering my emails every time and was always prompt. They were always ready to work with me in order to meet my needs. Snowfalls are often unpredictable, and the timing of the cleanup is always crucial. They were even willing to adjust their visit time in order to clean up at the best time for my business operation. They were pricier than most other contractors, but that much more spending was worth it. The crew that actually came to my property was also very courteous and showed enthusiasm. I recommend this company to others who need reliable snow removal service.
