Theresa, the manager, was wonderful. We made an error with our order and she fixed it immediately. She was very gracious and super helpful.

Literally the slowest service of any white spot I’ve ever been to. It plenty of empty tables and extra staff slowly wandering around, yet no sense of urgency or consideration for customers time. More than the occasional error with orders just adds to the frustration. You can do much better, White Spot.

The inside of the restaurant has a bit of a moldy smell to it. The food and serve are great. I sat outside on the patio because I couldn't stand the smell inside

Decent service. They were willing to work for us even when understaffed.Food was fine. We enjoyed the burgers and fries.Price seems high. White Spot is better than fast food for me, but not as great as a craft food place. But the prices are as high as finer dining places. We were over 30 per person after reasonable tip and tax.

Should be called Wait Spot". Been here 4 or 5 times in the past 8 months because the burgers are the best but the service has been terrible every time...crazy long wait times for anything

Waited to be seated for a long time. Then stuffed 5 of us into a small booth. Threw menus down on the table and didn't return for a long time. Once the meals were brought out, my wife ordered a gluten-free bun on her burger (allergy) and received a regular bun. Family waited for me in the vehicle because it took so long to get the bill. It was not even busy in the restaurant. I'm not impressed with this location.

Everyone really went the extra mile to make my sons 7th birthday special. He requested White Spot for his birthday dinner, and they did not disappoint. Every server that walked by took the time to ask him about his birthday and put a smile on his face.The Mushroom Brie Veggie Burger was amazing, and I’m not even vegetarian. The kids are never disappointed by the “cheese noodles”.Thanks for helping us make today special for our son! This experience has brought back some faith in the service industry.We will definitely be back!

We went to White Spot for the Lager, a Burger and sweet potato fries. This is our favourite meal there. Unfortunately we left feeling let down and not sure we will go back. It took almost 10 minutes for our waitress to even come to the table, then after we ordered, she forgot to bring our beer. Another 15 minutes passed so I tracked her down to remind her. When she finally brought it she wasn't apologetic, she was annoyed. The sweet potato fries were mostly the tail end of the potato, not the amazing fries that we rave about. The service was mediocre at best. You can do better White Spot..

This place is a dive, all the way from the service to the food! The waitress plopped the menu's on the table and left, did not provide any cutlery. When she brought the food to the table, we asked her for cutlery. She brought a whole bunch of cutlery and napkins and dumped the whole pile on the table, didn't even bother to place them at each setting. Didn't even deserve a tip for this poor service! Not once did she come around and ask how the food was, or to top up our drinks.Both my husband and my food was inedible. His rib dinner was dry and chewy, not the typical juicy, fall off the bone ribs. My seafood fettuccine was dry and cold. The fettuccine was under cooked and clumped together!Don't waste your money at this establishment, what a dive!
