Hertz Rent A Car

Got a rental car from Hertz as had given my car to Toyota for detailing.Safwan Kazi came by and picked me up from the dealership and took me to Hertz for the rental. Had a very pleasant personality and great customer skills. Thank you Safwan.On the other hand, on returning the car, when I dropped off the car at the Toyota dealership and called Hertz, the other employees whom I called, had no idea how to deal with a car being dropped off at the dealership.All in all, great service because of folks like Safwan.

Extremely unprofessional business. I booked a car a week and a half in advance for a 2 day rental. When I showed up to pick up the car, I found out that they had given it away, because I showed up a little late (75 minutes), but still well within their business hours. The agreement that we had said nothing of them giving away the car that I agreed to pay for 2 days if I didn't arrive exactly on time. At no point did they try to contact me to let me know they were giving away my car. I was renting for business purposes and am now without a car. Totally unacceptable to not honour a prearranged agreement. Do not rent from this location.

Good central location, quick service and honestly the place is great because of Safwan. Such a good guy he makes the rental and return process so pleasant.

I recently rented vehicles from this location several times in one month. Never a wait, never a problem, very competitive prices. The entire crew is highly professional, very courteous, and super efficient (hence the never a wait" comment above). The cars I was offered were always ready and waiting

I have been rented car there for few times, this is the Best hertz branch I have ever visited. Highly efficiently, every time I got my car in less than 15mins. The best thing is that they never keep selling you insurance. And for twice, they gave me free upgrades when they didn’t have what I reserved online, instead of asking me to wait for few hours, which I have met before elsewhere.

Great customer service. I really like renting here. Never had a problem and always had very quick service.

If there is any rating less than that also, I will give that. I rented from here and worst car service, they deduct the random amount from the account and never respond on call. If any answers, call me back be a brave not as a coward. It’s my bad nostology to your business that you always fail.

Reserved my car online one day before pick up. Came to location to pick up, car was ready. Whole process was nice and easy. Was happy to book Tesla model Y for few days. Dropped off car no problem at all. Overall experience was great, will definitely come back if need a rental again.

Great service. Very friendly. Free upgrade when I said I am willing to pay extra for a bigger car as I have kids with car seat. The employee even dropped me off when he heard that I am taking a Uber home.
