Worst customer service ever. Was totally ignored for over 35 minutes. When the customer service person was momentarily free, I asked her about a Sim card. She appeared not to know what I was talking about and rudely told me I would have to wait. So, I guess Telus doesn't need the business!

Looking for best customer services, go to Fairview mall , speak to Natasha or Zack.these guys helped me and my kids to choose the right plan for us.they never rushed us, they treated us really well. and they only cared about us and to make us happy,Best customers services, very professional and they treat you with a smile.Thank you Zach. and Natasha, You are the best.

Had an awesome experience today at this location. Cherub was super helpful with everything we needed! My husband and I went in to upgrade his phone, I had gotten mine upgraded at another location earlier this week. After looking at my account we realized there was a price discrepancy that didn't make sense. He spent an hour making sure I was paying the correct amount and ended up saving me a lot of money! While simultaneously setting up my husband's phone. Excellent service, thanks so much!

Had an amazing experience at the store yesterday. Cherub was extremely helpful and patient as we worked through trading in two phones, setting them up and buying accessories. He also took the time to explain additional outstanding services offered by Telus (i.e. Streaming +) Would highly recommend visiting this location. Keep up the great work Cherub.

I came in inquiring about an upgrade to my family phone plan (2 phones). Cherub was extremely helpful in walking me through the various options, what the changes entailed and gave me price quotes for all (with no pressure to action). I was very impressed with the level of service and I came back the same day for the upgrade. Thank you Cherub for being patient with our questions and making this a seamless process. This was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in store with Telus to date (having been a customer for over 15 years). Thank you!

Amazing service from cherub. He assisted to switch my parents phone numbers over which by no fault of his own took over an hour. He answered all of my (senior) moms questions in a way that she mildly understood and searched for the best deal for them after getting some information about their phone and data needs. He did not at any point try to upsell them to something they did not need. Thank you cherub for your incredible patience!

I have been a customer here for several years and the service has been great, however I went in today to ask a question about my music files and not only did the associate have no idea how to answer my question,she seemed to not really care about my concerns and seemed to be slightly annoyed by my question. Curious.

Let me start by saying how this place was SUPER efficient! I came 15 minutes to closing to get a brand new phone and plan ( keeping my existing phone number and hoping that they honour my employer to get a better rate ). Plus my existing phone was at 1% and we needed it to complete the phone number crossover. Tanya and Cherub were very friendly and through. They worked so well as a team and I really felt like I was getting the best deal and service as a client. I was set up with a new iPhone12, a plan that only increased my existing phone rate by $.50 and all this done to my convenience. They had to stay back and me not being prepared should have been frustrating but they were very accommodating and resourceful! Thank you!!! I hope this gets back to you guys!
