Cross Iron locationI had my eyebrows threading today; it was a very awful experienced. I had a wound on my skin and it's very sore ( both eyebrows ) The girl was new and I know she is practicing. She did the threading so slowly and it was so painfully I can feel the pulling of my skin and hair brows.I always go to this location but with this bad experience, I don't want to go to this location anymore.I used to see Karam and the other girls they did a great job.

Karam the most best brow artist I’ve met I work with thin browns on my eyebrows and she’s gave me a life changing product from kurves it’s self I recommend her all the way the best experience I had 10/10

Repeat customer just wanting to shout out one staff member, Manpreet! Saw that I was waiting outside of the shop after checking in so she brought my attention to the extra chairs they had inside. She assessed my brows (some may be offended by the truth of their brows but I wasn't), then asked what thickness and style I prefer my brows to be. Had no idea in previous threading appointments at this location and elsewhere that there was a choice. Asked her to do what she could with my sparse & patchy East Asian eyebrows--and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Hopefully I can still find available appointment slots for threading and other services with her in the future!

Karam did an amazing job of my eyebrows. Went in for threading and she recommended Henna which I had not heard of and it looks amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely go back. I highly recommend this place

Highly recommend Karam! Used to be my main threader at Marlborough mall and when I couldn't find her one day, I freaked out and went to another mall ! I found her at cross iron and I was so relieved! I literally go out of my way to see her she's that good! Amazing technique little to no pain and always makes my eyebrows top notch

I now have 90's thin eyebrows! Half of my eyebrow is gone! I even used an eyebrow pencil to draw the outline of the shape I wanted to retain. But the woman threading my eyebrows went way beyond my outline and even made them uneven. One is curved towards my eye (which may be appealing in some cultures but it doesn't suit my face shape), and one is pointy and ultra-thin! I wish she just cleaned it up like I had asked.

Karam did a wonderful job on my brows! I got threading, lamination, and tinting done. She was very helpful with aftercare and gave me a great price. Definitely will be back!
