I ordered a graduation pendant for my daughter. I was a bit late in ordering it and got the piece with time to spare. Mark had some great ideas on how to enhance the piece which really made a huge difference. It’s definitely one of a kind especially with the engraving on the back. My husband & I had our wedding rings designed at Magee Jewellers & Designers and I can only say that it was the best experience choosing everything for my perfect engagement ring and wedding bands. From the design of the mount to the type of diamond, everything within our price range. Low budget to crazy high budget, this place is for you guys... go see that great team/familly. Oh, and I forgot to tell you that they have a system the send you text message to let you know where, in the process, you jewelry is... Great technic to keep you waiting in a relax state of mind.

No issue with the repair as it was done correctly. Review and one star is for the rude woman who works there. If she’s Mrs Magee, shame on her for the tone and attitude towards a customer. If she’s an employee, someone needs a performance review on top of the attitude and tone check. One year warranty or not, I won’t return and that’s too bad as I was interested in some of their rings. I’d rather wait to be helped by the kind young man than by someone in a snit. If you’re in no mood to be kind and nice, stay in your office.
