Hotel & Motel le Luxembourg

I stayed here for one night, Jason was at the front desk very personable gentleman. I also got to talk to Cecilia, she is very prompt in responding to communication and I felt she was genuinely concerned for my own concerns. The rooms were totally sufficient for short term stay motel. Washroom and everything was clean.

Scammers. Don’t book. Bad customer service. Racist kids running a micky mouse business.

Quebec City was overcrowded.. bad time of the year to be there! Only room available in this motel … long way from downtown and overpriced.. clean but rundown poorly maintained… for less dollars we were in the Hilton in another city! Quebec is Quebec!

Stay was poor and the receptionist was so rude. Basically didn't want to answer any question. Was always sarcastic when answering anything.The washroom was broken, the toilet seat was shaking.The Ac wasn't working.Not a good experience at all.

The hotel canceled my reservation without informing me. On the road to our hotel, I called to mentioned we would be arriving later then expected that’s when they said that it was canceled. I asked to help me find 2 another rooms, the price offered was doubled :(Poor customer serviceDo not book with this hotelWe found another great one in Quebec !

Small, ugly, stinky room. Payed $105 in total. There are much better motels in the city for same price. Not recommended!!!

Rooms overpriced for the area, gave us better price 2 weeks before but now there is more tourists they crank up prices. Calling us liars on price we had prior. And outside looks like a crack place in the parking/backyard

this place is horrible. do not go there. it is better to sleep in your car. the bed had various stains including blood on the bed conforter and hairs in the sheets. no pillows other than decorative ones. we stayed a little bit inspecting the place and decided we cannot stay there. they hesitated to give us our refund. way too expensive for the very poor quality motel. i would give it 0 star if i could.

My fiance and I had the worst experience, room smelt like Marijuana.. definitely not as displayed on their ads, I am 7 months pregnant and told them it would work because they room was very small, dirty and stuffy also because I have asthma, the air-conditioning had so much dust particles. Upon checking in, we asked for a refund immediately because it wasn't going to work for us. The receptionist(an Asian guy) refused to help. He said he'll check us out with $0 refund. We stayed at the reception for nearly 2 hours trying to negotiate with him also asked for term and conditions of the motel regarding cancelations and refunds. He declined to provide anything. By the way we had paid 4 nights stay at this terrible place. He called the police on us,when they arrived they asked to call booking.com to discuss a refund. While waiting on them, the guy gave somebody else our room and has still refused to give us any money back. FYI, 2 other guests came in and were told a room they reserved on booking wasn't available, they threatened to leave and where given another room of higher price for compensation. This place is run by very unruly Asians, I have never experienced such bad customer service in Canada.When we asked to speak to a manager the receptionist turned around and said the manager wasn't there then after he said he was the owner and there was no one else to talk to. I could go on about how terrible this place is.CAUTION: PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! also make sure to check out other bad reviews on Google, through their address, see just how useless they are!

My girlfriend booked this place for us and I really should have looked at reviews instead of trusting her. This place is way overpriced for the run down motel that it is. It isn't even worth $50 a night and yet they outrageously charged us over $200 for a single night.We took 1 look at the place and immediately booed the heck out of there and found alternative accomadations. As we were about to leave some cops showed up and warned us to leave this motel. The local police know how bad this place is so you should know too.
