Terrible customer service. I was the only one in line to drop off my prescription. There was 5 ladies in the back one literally walking pass inside and they all saw me but didn’t even talk to me, not until my bf showed up behind me then the lady acknowledged I was even there. It literally took her 1 minute to punch in my details and told me to come back tomorrow. I get they’re busy but no one even made eye contact or reassured they’ll be with you soon was frustrating I waited for 10mins.

Dropped-off 1 (2 bottled) medication prescription, asked to come back in 2 hours. I returned in 3 hours and it wasn't ready. Staff neglected to fill prescription and push accountability as we are too busy." I voiced such manner is not acceptable and would not come back. Staff replied: "it is up to you". Loblaw pharmaceutical has lost my business and more to come if they continues this poor practice."

I keep telling myself I need to change pharmacies but the location just works well for me. The staff is terrible. The main lady who is always there is very rude. Prescriptions take forever. My doctor sent in a Rx for me and when I didn't hear anything, I called them two days later and it wasn't ready! And this was not the first time.

Pharmacist was quite accusatory when I tried to refill a prescription that I've been prescribed for over 2 years. He was short, abrupt and a bit condescending. I've never received that kind of questioning for something that is NOT a new part of my healthcare routine. Poor bedside manner for sure. Unpleasant enough for me to switch pharmacies.

The pharmacy people that run the tills are the rudest people ever, the lady with glasses is so impolite I canceled my prescription and went to London Drugs even though they are more expensive. There is no need for that kind of attitude towards a customer. I am polite and respectful of anyone in customer service, I think their job is definitely tough, but I do expect the same in return. Also I am not one to do this review stuff either, if this isn’t my first review on google it’s definitely one of a couple.

customer service is not found in their dictionary. it happens to me every 3 months since i moved to surrey a year ago. no phone calls were made when prescriptions are ready… i cant post without a star. thus, one star.

Terrible customer service. They told me the Dr who provided my prescription is no longer in practise which is 100% false. I proceeded to go to Shoppers Drug Mart and got my prescription taken care of in 10 minutes.

Rude staff on the phone, cut you off and are generally disrespectful. They don't call you when your (reoccuring) prescription is ready either. They also are bad at answering their phone. They never check ID when picking up, so if you know a birthday / last name of someone and they have a prescription ready, it can easily become yours for the taking :)

Worst customer service ever. Dropped my single prescription for refill yesterday and i was told it would be ready after 45 minutes. I was in a hurry so I came back today. Found out that the meds was not yet ready and worst they don't have stocks but they did not even bother to let me know so I dont waste my time and gas to pick it up. To add salt to injury, i was told they are stillto order it. Thinking of.moving to some other pharmacy. This pharmacy doesnt desrve loyaltt.

After my wife decided to no longer support this pharmacy due to their poor service. After she had phoned in a refill for one of her prescriptions. And then being told that it wasn't ready hours later when she arrived to pick it up. She was done. I have a refill that needs to get filled and these guys won't answer their phone might have to start taking our business elsewhere.
