The WORST customer service I have ever had. It's never been as bad as this for me. I was only a customer to the entire industry for like 2-3 weeks before I got panhandled in the parking lot for my ID, more than 15 feet away from the actual door.An aggressive man who said he was a staff member harrassed me in the parking lot of August 2022 and I basically cried running to my car. Aren't you supposed to present your ID at the table PAST the door? Literally insane that you thought you were entitled to due process in the bloody parking lot. There's a lot of creeps roaming outside the adjacent plaza's LCBO and I was never treated like that for the last 2 weeks coming in.So gross that this kind of place is next to my house. I'm never buying anything from this industry ever again.Hi owner,I appreciate the prompt response. My dashcam footage from initially pulling in the lot and follow-up from staff at the counter confirmed that he was, in fact, a staff member that meant well". Please see photos for reference."

I had my first experience at this store today. The clerk that helped me was very kind, quick and she knew her product! She even made sure that what I wanted was in my price range. I forgot to ask her what she uses on her skin cause her complexion was smooth like caramel! Anyways. Its a shame that I didnt get her name.

What an awesome experience. For starters, the door guy was polite and very welcoming. After ID checked, I went around the corner and was happily greeted by Marcus. I couldn’t have gotten a more helpful/knowledgeable individual to help me through my experience. I told him what I like and what I was into, then within seconds he had the perfect option for me. All in all, extremely clean and friendly environment to go get what you need. Thanks again Marcus!! I’ll be back and I’ll bring the blue lighter this time!

While standing in line, I've seen Leo give every single customer his best effort, and I wanted to bring this up to Management's attention.While most of the team is outstanding, Leo has always shown a high level of product knowledge and customer service, and gives his best effort in all customer interactions.
