This is a great place to get a car, they are in great shape and drive very nice too.All employees are very nice and helpful with people, but specially Greg, he is the man! He helped me throughout the process of getting a car and made everything very fast and clear.I do recomend getting a car from Legacy!

It was, overall, a great experience. Greg the salesman was great!, Very helpful and kind., I appreciate the small details, like leaving the tank full of the car when we pick it up. I hope they never change that.I also had a small chat with Nick, one of the owners, who was very friendly and with a good disposition.The prices are reasonable, in line with the market.I've had my car for almost 3 weeks. I see that it is in optimal conditions, but the 6-month guarantee that Legacy gives me peace of mind is Priceless.Finally, I left with a very positive feeling due to the excellent cordiality and good disposition of the people at Legacycar.

THIS PLACE DOESNT DESERVE ONE STAR dont buy from this place. its all smoke and mirrors, they sold me a car and agreed to fix a couple of the things i did notice. only to send me to mitsubishi where they replaced my drivers headlight three times but didnt replace the broken socket so there is still an issue, this dealership also took the seat heater right out of my car and told me they would call me when the part came in. I could never get in touch with the kid that runs the place. Legacy advised me they paid for the fix. they stole the broken piece and never replaced it. Stay away from Legacy & Mitsubishi in Surrey. They are why car dealers have such a bad name!!!!I AM NOT GOING TO ENGAGE A SOCIAL MEDIA WAR. LEGACY. FACTS ARE YOU SOLD ME A CAR WITH 4 COMPLETELY RANDOM WHEELS EVERYTHING YOU PROMISED TO FIX HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. YOU GIVE THE BUSINESS A HORRIBLE NAMEI woke up this morning and I am no longer mad. I am in shock that I have been driving around for 2 years with 4 mis matched tires. You guys sure saw me coming.

I will share the bad experience I had at this dealership.I purchased a used car on March 03rd, 2023 and it was said the car was totally revised with the proper maintenance(Oil, etc). I trusted their words because it was recommended to a friend and so I bought the car. At first moment, it was not my plan to have the car but I was convinced to buy it. I order the car with a particular cover (offered by Legacy) which increased the price of the car plus $2998.00 for either 2 years or the amount of KM (whichever occurs first).After 2 weeks I checked the computer board and I realized there was 9% of oil. I use the car to work BTW(Food Deliver). What did I do? Right away I scheduled regular maintenance at the Chevy branch but turns out the authorized branch told me it should be replaced with the Oil and 3 more services (Brake Fluid, Transmission Fluid and Coolant Fluid). The staff asked me by phone if I should authorize the maintenance. The car was in the office shop, they detected the issue and what should I do? Of course, authorize that. To my surprise, the amount price was almost $1000 and right away I called the Legacy Dealership to help me in solving that because they told me the car was covered.What did they do? After Nick (the Manager) saw the amount of value on the Invoice, he started questioning me about: how did the oil be 9%? Was it remaining oil or life Oil (as if I must know the difference)? Then, he said: Well, we can solve the problem although it is quite expensive, you are not happy and I want to help you. What did he do? He called the office shop and asked the person who talked to me by phone and he told me someone was lying because she said we do not need to do the service now" and to me

The Legacy Cars has the best customer service in town. Adolfo has provided me with all information and support needed to find the car I always promised myself in a good deal. As an accent, Adolfo speaks Portuguese which was significantly helpful and made it really easy for me to buy the car. All the staff there are very accommodating and helpful. Nick offered the best negotiation towards my car loan, specially nowadays with the bad interest rates, he worked hard to get me a good rate. I am very glad I had purchased my car from them. I super recommend to everyone.

However, we were thrilled to meet Gregg, who was different from the rest. His expertise and super friendly demeanour won us over within the first five minutes, and we knew we wanted to buy the vehicle from him.We visited the dealership on a weekend evening, and we were amazed by their flexibility. They even planned to deliver the vehicle to us on the weekend, and we could complete the paperwork later in the week. Just an amazing team. I contacted Gregg and was great on our first experience getting a car, he is so experienced and never made us felt in a hurry to make a business. Legacy Cars team was very nice with our daughter while we signed all the forms and documents. We really enjoyed Gregg's and Albert's chat during the approval process. Also Moh was super helpful sharing his personal experiences to make us feel more confortable during this experience. Nick explained to us in detail everything regarding our financing request, approval, car documentation, and warranties. This was my first visit to Legacy Cars and after a couple of hours we were leaving them with a great car and incredible experience to share to everyone who is looking for their first, second, or third car. Thanks to ALL Legacy Cars Team, and specially to Gregg for being such a great person.

Gregg was fantastic to deal with. He wasn’t pushy, he listened to me and was beyond awesome. Albert delivered my car to me, he kept me in the loop on delivery time. Once he got here he was nothing but friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend going here. Nick from Finance was also great. The staff there go above and beyond and I am grateful to them. I was having a tough time deciding where to buy my car in this economy, went to many dealerships and stayed away from “used car” places because I heard they were sketchy. My girlfriend suggested this place based on their google reviews… and she was right.I worked with Nick and the finance manager and they were able to get me an amazing car for a deal and great interest rates! I left feeling very well taken care. 6 months later I lost my key fob & was so upset when the dealership charged me $580… I called Nick, he dug deep into my insurance outside the Icbc stuff I got that they recommended and it paid off. He made calls and did everything for me while remaining in touch via text, like hey I got you! I’m on it! Etc.a few days later he handed me a cheque to reimburse me for the whole amount. They go above and beyond and this is the first time I’ve written a review, and I usually would not, but I am that appreciative and impressed!Thanks for everything Nick, highly recommend Legacy Cars and go see Nick!
