I had to get my washing machine and dishwasher checked and used Direct Appliance Repair to check them to see if any repairs needed to be done. I got a few quotes from other companies and their price for $80 to check BOTH my machines was very reasonable. I had Omer and he called me when he was 30 minutes away and thoroughly checked my machines.Another company I called had such a ripoff price, they were going to charge $240 ($120 PER MACHINE) in the same condo. I highly recommend Direct Appliance Repair if you need a quick check on your machines first!

Excellent repair service. Our technician Omar" was great and clearly knew exactly what needed to be done. I would highly recommend this tech to anyone. We called Direct Appliance about our tipsy, leaking dishwasher. Omer came and assessed the problem and ordered the part. While we waited for our part to come in, their staff were responsive to our queries. When the part arrived, we were contacted right away, and Omer was able to return within 24 hours of receiving the part, to replace the motor and repair the tipping dishwasher and fix the leak. I'm told their work is guaranteed for 6 months, and we are very satisfied with the professional service, the pricing and also the peace of mind we have that if anything were to go sideways, we can always reach out to them to have those issues rectified. So far, so good. We will happily recommend Direct Appliance Repair and would definitely use them again.

Omer was very responsive by phone and flexible when I needed a last minute appointment change. Part came in earlier than anticipated and my washer was fixed quickly. Professional group, very happy, would use their services again.

I usually don’t write reviews unless the company is exceptionally good or bad. In this case Direct Appliances Repair is exceptionally good. When I called the office manager, Alex, was very helpful and professional, he explained to me how much the costs are going to be and was able to scheduled an appointment the next day. Also he assured me that if they can’t fix the problem they will not charge any repair costs, even if they spent time at the job already. Omer was the technician who came, he was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with his professional ethics. I will highly recommend this companyand if I ever need any repair service in the future I will definitely use them.
