There is a railway beside the park. The road is busy and can park you car for 2 hours in front of the gate.

Nice park close to downtown that is usually pretty quiet. But there can be the occasional street person walking from downtown.

Riverside Veterans' Memorial Park
This is a beautiful and significant place to visit while in MH. I got those pictures after cleaning a bit as the area was full of coffee cups and coke cups, very dirty. Some garbage I didn't pick up because I didn't know what I would encounter (dirty clothes, glass, bags).. we saw 5 people (two different groups) there looking not very healthy so I assume that there is a drug problem on the city. Other than that, we enjoyed.

A beautiful place to sit and relax, catch up with friends and enjoy a peaceful view of the river valley.Grab a coffee from the nearby Station Coffee or on a hot day pop across the street and grab a Slurpee from Circle K, and escape the heat in the shade!

Riverside Veterans' Memorial Park
The city needs to take better care of a veterans park, smells of urine. Glass broken everywhere. The train is in disrepair. The tank needs a once over. The fountains need work. Do better. The flower garden, well what once was one is not in any sort of shape. Very disappointing. Given the amount of veterans we have in the area.

Good place to bring kids but not of now due too homeless sleeping under the stuff
