I don't care how good a doctor is if you have to wait 2 hours for eye test and consultation. This was an Emergency appointment for dislocated retna and here waiting and waiting as if we were just getting a pair of glasses. It is so evident that they overbook.and yes, overlooking isin the reviews. 9 people that were already here are STILL here. Patient care goes beyond just medical.

Unbelievable wait times! 41/2 hours?! That’s ridiculous. This isn’t a hospital for emergencies. Making 80 year olds wait for that long is abuse, knowing they are desperate. The staff are great, can’t take it out on them they are only doing there jobs. But the doctor over booking to this degree is disrespectful. If your doctor refers you to this clinic, do yourself a favour and ask for another clinic.

This clinic is a very very busy clinic whose Doctors and staff works so hard to deliver an excellent and satisfactory service to their patients. My sincere thanks to Dr. Mikael for my surgery… Linda for all her coordination efforts, all the hardworking staff at their Brock St. Clinic and nurses at Bowmanville Hospital. Early morning appointments are scheduled so that they can fill the office with more patients than can fit in the building over an hour before the doctor arrives so everyone gets checked in and then sits and waits. And waits. And waits. And if you're lucky you get to wait inside! Nurses and staff do their best but the overall approach is just ridiculous and a terrible patient experience.

A 5 hour wait is beyond acceptable. There is an overcrowded waiting room full of elderly sitting anywhere they can. Disgusted by this treatment. Drivers have to stay and wait outside for them so don't plan anything that day.

Dr. Baziuk is a professional who is doing her best to see as many people as she possibly can. There is a shortage of doctors that do what she does so the method she has set up allows her to see as many people as she possibly can. People who complain about wait times should be thankful they are even being seen. Dr. Baziuk is a superhero that should be praised for the work she is doing to help people maintain their eyesight.Yes there is a wait time so pack your patience. Ask if you can leave after the initial check and come back a few hours later.

Dr. Baziuk has treated many patients at the Simcoe St location. Despite the difficulties of being in an old cramped facility. Dr. Baziuk has done her very best to care for patients with a range of visual difficulties. I have never been upset by waiting times and the care from all staff has been exceptional.Congratulations on the new facility at King Street West. You all have much better working facilities and patients are much more comfortable getting the important treatment.Thank you Dr. Baziuk and staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Baziuk for over 2 years. This is a very busy place as there are several optometrist specialists located here. Fantastic friendly service. There is usually a long wait but we'll worth it.

This review is for the clinic scheduling: They need to come up with a better scheduling system!! 3-4 hour waits. They book multiple people at the same time whether it’s for a surgery follow up or needles etc. Waited 3 1/2 hours to see Dr. Mikhail for a f/U - saw him for 5 mins. Absolutely disrespectful to peoples time.Staff are lovely.
