I would like to start off by saying that this is my first time using a realtor as it is my first time looking for a property. I came into contact with Mustafa and right from the start he did not come off pushy, he explained who whole process and made in very understandable, he also answered all my questions and I did have tons of questions! Not once did I feel rushed or not important as he gave me his full attention, which is something I really admired and respect.When we started to go looking at homes, he made sure it would always work around my schedule and even on days he is typically off. He definitely went above and beyond and am very happy to have used his expertise.

I enjoyed working with Moustafa! He was very patient and understanding of mine and my roomate's criteria. He was also super resilient and didn't quite lose hope when we did! He is awesome, flexible and definitely a friendly and hard working person to work with :)

From start to finish I really appreciate Mustafa’s professionalism. I would highly recommend him to others, as he has helped me secure my first condo in Toronto. Mustafa came through, he secured me a condominium unit in downtown Toronto which met all my requirements. I gave him a budget and certain requirements and he made it happen. All the units he showed me were very nice and it was a hard decision picking one out, but he helped me in breaking down all the units and picking the right unit for me. Mustafa made such a complicated process very simple.

We successfully bought our 2nd house (on our first try), thanks to Mustafa! Knowing how crazy the housing market is this year, we were expecting to browse a bit and feel the feeling of disappointment at least several times before we'd be able to land on something good. We were lucky, because we had Mustafa guiding us. We had competing bids, but we did not go unreasonably over asking. Mustafa leveraged his knowledge and network to help us win, within our means. Post-sale, he checked in regularly to ensure everything was going well. He's super responsive and patient with us as clients. He has an extensive network of contacts, including for renovation, which we went with through his recommendation. He understands our challenges and moving with young kids while going through reno, and has sent over short term rental postings to help us out. It was truly a pleasure to work with Mustafa (and his team!).
