Algonquin Dream Catcher Motel

A nice motel close to Algonquin Park. No frills but we didn't need any. You need a car to get into the park from here and to the trails, but that's the same with all other places to stay near Algonquin. It would have been nice if we didn't have to pick up keys at a different location down the road though: there are a few motels of the same company so you have to go to the head office to get the room keys.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot which was perfect for our needs. It has great proximity to the East Gate and trails on that side of Algonquin. We will be back for sure.

Nice, cozy motel with firepit, bbq place. We were a large group of friends and family, everyone enjoyed the outdoor place with amazing view of a ravine. We had a perfect thanksgiving weekend! Location is very convenient if you wanna enter Algonquin east gate. Will definitely visit again!

The wife and I rented the cabin at the Algonquin dream catcher motel, it was avery pleasant stay!! Nice and cozy layout in a quiet location. Very friendly greeting upon arrival with a nice store. We ate dinner at the Mad Musher restaurant which was also a great experience. I would recommend this to any couple wanting a nice little getaway.

Good location to visit the park leveraging the detailed info provided by Renée, friendly and professional manager, who took care of us at best.The Cabin is cozy, quiet and comfortable.

I have stayed at many airbnbs, hotels and motels, but this place feels very cozy. First off the people that work here treat you as a friend more than a guest, which is very refreshing. Room was just the right space with lots of thoughtful touches and was perfect for a place to sleep after a long hike. Washroom was loaded with shampoos, conditioner and towels. Fire pit in the back was a great bonus! It was a 10min drive from Algonquin park, the town its self is very small and relaxing. Liked it so much I’m booking multiple rooms next time with a bigger group!

My family and I stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It is small but very cozy. Honestly, we went to Algonquin to be outside and enjoy nature, not sit in a motel room. The descriptions of the room is forthcoming. The other reviews that complain about the size of the room or bathtub, didn't read the room description. Check in and check out was a breeze. We did groceries on our way up but there are little resurants down the street. We spent our days doing different hiking trails and driving around admiring the beauty of Algonquin. We saw 5 Moose, 5 beavers and too many turkeys to counts. It was beautiful and we all wished we could've stayed longer. Thank you.

I stayed just for the evening last night on my way to pick up my son from summer camp and the dream catcher’s hotel was perfect for my needs.The woman at check in just up there road was very friendly and efficient. I believe it was Andrea.Although very small, the room and bathroom were layer out in such a way to maximize the space. Everything about and in the room were ultra clean and updated. The a/c worked fine, and there was a fridge and microwave and coffee maker that all came in handy. The bathroom had a full sized bath/shower and plenty of comfortable towels. The bed was very comfortable, and the grounds were clean and attractive. Another guest was grilling for his family out back, and between the microphones, grill, and fridge, cooking meals there are definitely possible. The wifi worked well. Let me reiterate again how clean everything was in the room. Very impressive.

Lovely room, modern, comfortable bed, nice bedsheets. Clean bathroom. The bathtub is in the bedroom and it's advertised as a hot tub, which it is not but it is a bit wider than a regular bathtub. I would definitely come back!

Another great stay! The addition of having a park pass included in our stay, was terrific!
