What you should know - after your sleep clinic you could be told your diagnoisis is a reportable offence to the Ministry of Transportation .... unless you buy a CPAT machine.

Free, safe parking (building guarded). Immaculate office, bedroom and bathroom. Super quiet inside, some road noise from the outside. Has one bathroom and a shower facility but bring your own soap and towels. The bed was reasonably comfortable. There was a small TV in the room which I did not use. You can expect 30 minutes from the time you show up to the time you are set up...maybe more because it take a long time for each patient to be set up. Service was good and friendly.

The nurse was rude

This place was terrible. The person affixing the sensors was new and while I support on the job training it was frankly painful and uncomfortable. It took forever for someone to come by and yet I was asked to come in hours before. I don’t think the set up tests were explained and done properly. I couldn’t sleep because the other patients were having nightmares (?) (understand that’s not their fault) and noisy. When I came back for the results the doctor was patronizing (calling me ‘my dear’ with a’you know nothing and can’t possibly be able to ask good questions’ manner) and frankly scaremongering. It all seemed engineered to get you to get a CPAP machine and I had no confidence in their results at all. I have nightmares about this place . I would give it a zero rating if I could

Amazing staff and doctors. Who actually listen to you and want to help you.I went to Etobicoke Brampton sleep clinic down road which was horrible ... disgusting ... smelly .... and worst stuff ever imagineable.I was really upset with thisThey only wanted to drug meI come here to osler and they tel me how the test I got at the other place wasn’t accurate. The doctor didn’t even tell me real information.Osler wants to help you. They listen to me and helped me and It brought tears to my eyes because I feel better finally because someone finally helped me feel better.I recommends this place. Wonderful.( downsides only 1 bathroom during night sleep ) which is okay

Sleep study is not curable and misleading marketing and sale and healthcare system scams. Reamed CEO and chairs lies and irresponsible for people health cause life and deaths of using reamed cpap and sleep mask products.. Very unsafe reamed clap sleep machines and sleep mask products.. Too dangerous to people health cause cancers and body damages... Very abusive scams system in the marketplace..

My wife was referred to the Osler Sleep Clinic by the doctor, I went with her as a moral support. Nothing was explained to us. I am an IT guy and of course curious about things and being detailed oriented person with my little IQs I asked him few questions about the system (that looked ancient to me) and he told me it's complicated" and I am really new here so I don't know everything! The other lady who looks like managing the clinic was not friendly. They will not turn the tv on to get her relax before going to sleep and my wife was too shy to ask otherwise. She told me that she end up staying up till 12:30 to sleep.she told me that she had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up to help go to the bathroom! and also there was no soap in the bathroom!All in all it was a bad experience. The is thing these staff need to understand that a smile goes a long way and those people (patients) who come to these institutes need help
